Nate came out to help us solve an issue with our bathroom light fixture. After we figured out what was causing the issue, he checked the additional outlets in all the surrounding areas to make sure there wasn’t any further issues and suggested/installed a couple changes and upgrades for better piece of mind.

We called Nate at 8:23am to checkout a chime box that was malfunctioning since 3am in the morning. He arrived at our home by 8:44am and correctly rewired our smart doorbell in the chime box. He sensed our concern and made time to help out quickly with a pleasant attitude. Now we can rest easy knowing everything is correctly installed. Thanks Nate!

I'm a DIYer... but I can recognize when I'm at my limit with stuff! Needed some help with what would be simple for a skilled electrician but confused the hell out of me! Looked at reviews and went with Neighborhood Electrician and so glad I did. Within 24 hours came out charged a very reasonable amount and fixed the wiring issue. No muss no fuss. Nate and everyone involved were very professional. Communication was excellent, if not a bit TOO much! Received immediate confirmation of all appointments and updates, as well as job status.

Called on a Thursday at 3:00 pm and they were here at 4:00 pm the same day to take care of the issue. They were fast, explained the estimate thoroughly, and cleaned up when they were done. I wish all contractor experiences could be this good. If you need an electrician, you only need to call these guys.

Great service. I scheduled an appointment for a later date but I was fortunate to hear the could come same day. Joe and Brayden showed up with an issue in my basement. The were fast through and efficient. Listed to my thoughts and found root cause. I plan to use these guys again if I have problems.

I had the Neighborhood Electrician install a new live (not switched) outlet under the kitchen sink for a new instant hot water heater. I also had them install a dimmer for a set of vanity lights (LED) and repair a switch/can light that we had not trusted for years. I also had them install 2 GFCIs on kitchen circuits that were not so protected. They (2 guys) did a careful analysis of how best to run a new line for the water heater plug and completed the work, as well as all the other chores. I was very satisfied with the work. They cleaned up after themselves (pretty well), were courteous, friendly, and efficient. They had with them all the parts they needed, except for an outlet cover for the GFCI; they ran out to Home Depot at the end of the job and installed the cover. They did all this, including the trip to the store for the price they quoted when in the estimate when the work was outlined to them. Only issue is that apparently while under the sink installing the new circuit, they unplugged my garbage disposal and did not plug it back in. Took me a few days to finally figure out why it was not working!

Exceeded my expectations by far. Very professional, fair price, and worked efficiently. My spaces were left clean and I will be using this company again for all of my electrical needs. We had two outlets installed in our walk in closet

Braden and Lou did a great job. Checking things and answering questions I had. Put in a new GFI. I especially appreciate the company for same day service as I am on oxygen for the time being and really need electricity. Prices are competitive. Look no further than this company.

I spoke to Nate yesterday, late in the day. Today he sent Braden and Lou out about 9am. They told me how they would trouble shoot to find out where my electrical issue was stemming from. Within half an hour, they determined it was a DTE issue. I was charged only the 89.00 service fee they previously told me about, and nothing more. The guys were friendly, respectful and did exactly what they said they would do. I received their name from my mother in law.
They will now be our electricians and they should be yours as well!
FYI- They were correct, the issue is fixed. So trust worthy as well.

We were lucky enough to find Nate and his team to help do electrical work in our home. Nate is a consummate professional. We originally found his services in a local Facebook group that had enough social proof to initially reach out. He came over originally to help out and replace some outlets. He was in and out in a flash with work that seemingly would’ve taken hours or full day for me to do scrubbing diy and YouTube videos.

I was heehawing around for months about an upgraded electrical panel . We initially discussed my goal and what I needed. He was able to give same day quote , didn’t pressure me in to doing it and guided me through the process. We ended up going with his full recommendation. His team came over and after dealing with Nate I knew I could trust the team so while they worked and our power was out I was able to enjoy a day with the family at frankenmuth out of the house. If he had not instilled the trust upfront I would have been someone who watched them in my home all day and acted as a non-contracted foreman to micromanage and look over their shoulder bugging them each step.

I could not have asked for a better experience with a group. Especially nowadays when you never know what you are going to get with different service providers. Top notch job!
