ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Contacted this company for dishwasher repair and was sent an unqualified serviceman with seemingly no experience for the job. Observed him contact the office twice for instruction which clearly didn't work because not only did he NOT FIX MY DISHWASHER HE FLOODED MY KITCHEN AND BASEMENT BY LEAVING THE WATER VALVE CONNECTED AND ON!!!! Then offered an unsincere apology that seemed more like a shrug of the shoulders. NO ONE AT COMPANY AVAILABLE AFTER HOURS!!! AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY STATED THE EARLIEST HE REMEDY THE SITUATION WAS NOON TOMORROW!!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & DISRESPECTFUL!!! !!!

When the service guy came out here because I install my waterline to my refrigerator he said it was because drill a hole through the paneling on the floor in the basement ,everyone knows people do not have your basement walls exposed. What a rip off just a $75 and left.

I contacted Appliance Alliance when my washing machine broke down. I called pretty early in the morning and they answered right away and were able to come out for a quote same day. Damone texted me that afternoon and within less than 24 hours everything was fixed! Damone was super professional. I highly recommend using them.

They came to look at my freezer and they put in a rusted part. I had to call another company to fix the problem.. I would like a refund.

Ralph and Appliance were great to work with. I have a Bosch fridge that went out weeks ago. Home warranty company could not find a licensed contractor. Found Appliance Alliance and they were very responsive and very economical.

I had Ralph to repair my Freezer and he did that but it went back out and once it went back out he didn't come right back to repair it , he end up coming back and he said that he added some Freon but my Freezer is still not working and I called him and he said he was at the hospital and forgot about me , but still I haven't heard anything from Ralph as of today 7/6/2022 , Ralph was at my house on 6/27/2022. I need my Freezer Fixed 😩 , you Live and You Learn !

I will not use this company. He is not trained and unprofessional. he came to check my refrigerator and collected $80. Did not know how to diagnose the issue and said the board is bad. he confirmed he will follow if the board was replaced and the issue still exist. Board was not the issue. He never returned my call. Stay away and save your money. I don't trust this guy.
