Jimmy fixed my roof quickly and efficiently. His expertise was evident from the start, and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him.

James is awesome! He suggested the color roof and trim on my 1938 home. It updates the house so much that all my neighbors have told me how beautiful the house looks. The roofing crew were professional and friendly. I highly recommend James and the Lowes roofing crew.

The consultation visit with Jimmy went well. Jimmy’s very personable and knowledgeable. On the day of the roofing replacement work, Jimmy came out and got with the crew to make sure they were on the same page as what we and Jimmy had discussed. The crew was hardworking and professional. They found a second layer of roofing under the roofing that they were supposed to remove. Even with that, they were able to complete the job before nightfall in one day. We were very pleased with their work. I did walk arounds of work area(s) as they were wrapping up. Things that I identified as needing to be addressed as they finished up were already on their radar. If there was something not on their radar, they promptly took care of it. They were very thorough in their cleanup. Looking forward to the company returning in the coming weeks to replace the faux wood stucco with aluminum siding on the front face of the house and garage.

Jimmy and his team did an awesome job.on my roof this was a new experience for me. I am a new home owner, I never had a roof done but Jimmy made it easier for me. I had like 5 other quotes but Jimmy was the best quote something i could financially afford, because I really did need a roof I'm glad I went with them jimmy and his team did a great job looking for a new roof go with Jimmy and his team. And the cleanup afterwards was great, they didn't leven anything behind great cleanup.. as well

Jimmy did such a wonderful job making sure we were well taken care of with our roof replacement. The entire roof was replaced in one day. The team did a fantastic job even though we had a pop up shower halfway through. The landscaping was not ruined and all debris was accounted for. We are so happy with our new roof. Chad, the owner and his crew just finished a roof and siding on my house. They did a good job. Chad kept a good eye on the weather and scheduled visits accordingly.

My name is Ernie, and from the word go, Chad and James have shown my wife I the upmost respect. It’s becoming very rare that you find a company that delivers exactly what they promised. We had them change our roof and installed vinyl siding. All the work was performed by some of the most skilled craftsmans I’d ever seen. It was a joy and a learning experience, just to watch do what they do best. Which is beautify homes . My wife and I both couldn’t be more satisfied with the out come. They are a very busy team of guys and I understand why. If you hire this group of guys, you will not be sorry.

From start to finish, MSE contracting was fantastic! There was a wonderful lady with a British accent at the beginning who was super helpful with scheduling, sorry I don't remember her name. Next, Christina was awesome with follow-up phone calls, so courteous, professional, yet personable. Then there's James, the on-site consultant. You will not find a more knowledgeable person to walk you through the process. He will always be available to answer questions. He gave me excellent advice on my vinyl siding and gutters. I decided to add gutter guards too. Both James and Christina will consult with Chad and get back with you when needed. I'm very happy with the work and plan to use them in the future, highly recommended!!

Everything from sales to scheduling to the siding and gutter crews were fantastic! I recommend this company for siding and gutter jobs to everyone. The crews were professional polite and they cleaned up the job when they were done. Many times I saw them go the extra mile and do the job as if it were their own house. I can't say enough! Our project specialist Joel did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Pricing compared to other quotes was very competitive.

The crew put tarps down and cleaned up well. Everything was protected. Work Ethics were superior. Quality of work was amazing.

James is a top notch caring employee with great people skills and knowledge of his job. He went above and beyond to address and target the roofing issue my daughter and her husband had. He took the time to oversee the project to make sure the needs of my daughter and her husband's home were met. We appreciate him and all that the company did from start to finish.

Was told my installation would be today between noon and 2pm, going on 3:30pm, no one answers the phone. I took the day off work, and value my time. They were contracted via Lowe's. I will update my review pending a refund and satisfactory resolution.
