I have been looking for a company to clean trash bins in my area for months. Found Bin Bath and they found a way to service my area and came when they said they were. They left my cans sparkling. And even when the trash company didnt pick up Bin Bath was understanding and came the very next day.

I had Bin Bath come out to clean our city-issued recycling and trash bins. This is something I meant to do myself but just never got around to doing. Bin Bath has exactly the right tools and equipment to get the job done quickly. The bins were like brand new when they were finished! They were on time and very efficient. They have a system of scheduling so that they come after your trash has been picked up on the day of trash removal. While I don’t find it necessary to subscribe monthly or quarterly to have this done because we bag our trash, but once in a while some ick oozes out of something and it’s nice to have fresh, clean bins at the start of the hot weather season. I think this service would be a great housewarming gift for new homeowners who probably inherit icky bins with their home purchase.

I signed up, but after seeing my receipt noticed they charged 7% sales tax. In MI sales tax is 6%. When asked to correct they stated this covers other fees that are part of the service. This is not transparent pricing and the advertised price isn’t what it actually is. They did refund and cancel my service as requested, but burying cost of service into a state tax is not acceptable.

Bin Bath was very accommodating in regards to our ever-changing trash and recycling pick-up times. The bins looked great, and the staff were fully open and easy to communicate with- thank you!

We signed up for the quarterly plan, and although we’ve only had one cleaning, we are very happy with the service, including the setup and logistics. Everything as promised, and so helpful to not have to do this ourselves!

I just moved to Michigan and was relieved to find Bin Bath!! I had a similar service at my home in Florida and was disappointed at the state of our new garbage cans here after only a few months. Having them washed and deodorized for a small fee is so worth it, especially if you have pets. I love Bin Bath and look forward to their bi-weekly visits!

The company was excellent to deal with, I literally stopped the guy in the street and asked him if he had time to clean my bins. He did and it was so worth it. They were so dirty and smelled nasty when he left they were like new and also smelt so fresh. Will definitely use this company again.
