Called Orkin! They came out right away! Sprayed outside and inside for ants! Jacob did a great job! Very informative and professional! Thanks again!

Overall I'm not happy with The Employees of Orkin, unreturned calls, when I have been able to speak to a human rather than a voicemail, I've found that they are rude and uncaring of my concerns- asked several times for Saturday appointments, fell on deaf ears, asked kindly to use only the driveway door, again only go to my front door, Orkin came highly recommended from family and friends that use Orkin, however outside of Jason it's left a horrible bitter taste for me- I started with a kind man Jason, who was very informative, and compassionate to my concerns- however when I spoke to apparently one of the managers Jason returned- (on a Saturday) Jason is the Epitome of Customer Service! Orkin should be proud to have him working for them! He's the only reason I continue to use Orkin, however Jason stops coming I am done with Orkin and their rude employees!

Done with them. After 7 years with this company! They came over banging on my door for a late autopay?? They didnt even notify me until 2 months after the aledged service. My cc on file must have expired. I had family visiting from out of town who were in my living room, when we opened the door he walked right in our home! My BIL thought we should have called the police rather than pay. What an obnoxious way to collect. Shame on them! No we were not intimidated. Send the guy back here again and we will call the police.

Never again I would call them they have been coming to my home for 5 months and it was all a waist of cash money don’t call them they are not going to make a difference for your home they come and spray and go 10 min without any real treatment they do not use real treatment anymore not like back in the day so your treatment will not work don’t use them

The person that booked the appointment and the technician who came to my home were both very professional and friendly. The technician called to ask if he could come early and so far I’m very happy.

Nick is the best. And I mean he does his job perfectly and well .. he makes sure to explain everything to us

Pavel showed up on time. Took the time to explain what he was doing and the science behind it. He answered all my questions and left contact information for any further questions or concerns that I might have. Great service - thanks Pavel and orkin

The technician pulled in my driveway, sat in his truck for 20 minutes, never came to the door or did the service. Then he left and I got an email stating my service was complete. Will be calling the office in the morning as it is now after hours.

The service was not worth it at all, I am very upset. It has been 2 months since my service and till today I see spiders every single day. I specifically asked for spiders control service but no improvement at all. I would not recommend to anyone, waist of money!

All the Orkin employees have been great. They are polite, courteous, and performed the tick and mosquito spraying around our property and specifically around the areas I requested. This is our second year using them, in Michigan.

I called the 866 number to call schedule an appointment. I spoke with someone and they told me that they would have someone call me back so we could more forward with the process. No one ever called me back to follow up. My husband called the following day, called the same 866 number in which he was able to get a same day appointment. So what we thought. The Orkin rep he spoke with said someone would be out to the house between 2-4pm. At 3 he called the same 866 number and they told him that they had no record of him with an appointment for today! We are having a bee problem inside of the home and now they are telling me to wait until the 17th because that's when the next opening is. Orkin does not have to worry about me or my business and I will make sure no one I knows uses their services at all. Just ridiculous and poor customer service.

The two men that came the first day did not come back to do the treatments. They both tole me they would be doing the work.
They sent two kids and didn't tell them what was to be done.
The plan was to put Insulation in my garage attic. The kids went up in the attic in my house that just had blown insulation put in.
(I told the guy who came the first day we were not supposed to walk on it.)
The walls are scratched and very dirty.There is insulation every where.
I have asked for my money back, no response.

We always have the same guy come out. Real nice, professional, quick and on time. Love that orkin will send someone out in between scheduled services.

The Orkin people are always on time. They ask if you have a problem and then start their evaluation, discovery, elimination and prevention process. We get an in-person results report from the technician before he leaves. We sign so the company knows we had contact with the technician.
The Orkin program works for us. We do not have bug or critter issues at our home.

Just had our 1st application to get rid of moles. The salesman, Pavel came out, checked our lawn and gave us a quote. We were assured a repeat application would be done if the 1st application showed no change. We also are getting the mosquito treatment. It was rescheduled due to rain.
We are hopeful these applications will allow us to once again enjoy our yard.

Today was the homes first treatment. The agent was on time professional friendly. He explained things well. He treated the inside attic and outside (house is on a slab). I have regular black ants, earwigs and spiders and I'm really hoping Orkin kills 'em dead. 😬😊

Paul is my regular guy and he is always proffessional and knowledgeable and super friendly! And always addresses any challenges if any should arise . No complaints here! Highly recommend!

Pablo always - always - goes above and beyond when he is inspecting and rodent proofing my home. Not only does he take excellent care of the inside of my home to rid it of unwanted guests - he takes the time to clean and inspect the entire outside of my home. I know I am in excellent and professional hands!

The sales guy on the phone promised everything to deal with some ants I saw. This included full inspection of the house, inside and out, as well as the attic. All holes the size of a pencil up to a quarter would be filled. Inside and outside would be sprayed. When the Orkin guy showed up, he didn’t even know what services he was performing. He also said he doesn’t go into the attic nor fill any holes or gaps around the house. He said a separate inspector needs to come out, and holes or gaps to be filled would all cost extra. The sales guy on the phone said all of this would cost about $343. That actually sounded great if they were to do everything he promised! However, the $343 I paid was for about 30 minutes of time the orkin man spent here doing who knows what. I asked him for an itemized list of everything he did at the house, but I never got it. The most info I received was when I ran down to his truck as he was leaving to ask what he did. He actually tried to leave without giving me any verbal summary on what he did. I will be calling orkin back to try to get all my money back.

Beware of the companies you call for things like this!

Very happy with orkin service. The technician Pavel is fabulous with his inspections and recommendations. Highly recommend. I have used a few companies and this one has been the best overall.
