Charged me for two tanks only pumped one using both lids never even dug up second tank. I've heard from others and better business bureau that they commonly do this if they can get away with it! Pretty shady if you ask me?

they just finished pumping out our tanks we have two 800 gallon tanks we dug up our own lids to save $100 . they have no problem if you want to come out and see them pump it and the condition of your tanks , im very concerned about the health of our drain field so i always go out and look at them. they also rake out the bottom of the tank so its all the way clean. this is the 3rd time they have pumped for us were on a 4 year cycle now as theirs only 2 people in our home. the above and beyond is our lids are cracked on the secondary seal as the driver showed me before removing them he is going to look for some used lids for us as there not a standard size . thanks guys

Austin and his coworker went above and beyond to find our septic tank. They searched for a very long time, dug deeper than usual, and kept a positive attitude without getting frustrated. I was so grateful for their hard work, and afterward, they even drew me a diagram so I know where to find the tanks in the future. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Robinson did a great job for me. The driver (Heath) was extremely courteous. The service was minimally invasive (nice long hoses so they didn't have to drive on my lawn). The price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!

Had our septic pumped - John was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable after shopping it around. Next day service, even ahead of schedule. Definitely a job you don't want screwed up, so hiring a company that's been doing it for 40 years turned out to be the right call.

Excellent company! They saved me from a weekend without plumbing! Water started running into my basement Thursday night, then had a rooter company out Friday morning who told me my septic tank was full. I just bought the house on foreclosure a month ago, and had no idea where my septic tank was located on the property and the county had no records on my house, either. Robinson Septic (John and boss Rick) was able to come out only hours after I called them (on a Friday afternoon) and they were very knowledgable and helped me find my septic tank and helped me dig it up. They gave me suggestions on how to prevent further problems and how to deal with the tree roots in my tank. They located my tank, dug it up, and pumped it all for less than other companies quoted me to just pump. I would HIGHLY recommend this company- they do a great job, are very friendly, and the price was more than fair. They went out of their way to make sure the job was completed on the first visit.

Robinsons recently pumped a tank for us, for a Real Estate transaction. It was no easy task in the snow. They made sure it was done in the time frame we needed and they were able to help us get it plowed and the job was done on time. Patty is a great help and very professional. Excellent service by Scott and John. Very professional, competitively priced. They cleaned our ducts, dryer vent and carpeting. We are very happy with the results and have been recommending them to friends and family. I couldn’t believe the amount of lint that came out of the dryer vent hose. Yikes. What a fire hazard. I’m so thankful we had this done. I highly recommend having Eighty Eight take care of your home or business. They’re awesome.

Scott did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts. Even though he was short-staffed that day, he made it out and did a thorough job. His prices were known upfront and were significantly lower than the large chain businesses. I highly recommend supporting this small business.

The crew, which was the owner, Scott, and his helper went over the job with with me before beginning. Very thorough job completed and cleaned up in a couple of hours. I am super happy with Eighty Eight duct cleaning. They arrived on time & went to town cleaning/sucking out my ductwork. They showed me before & after pic's. WOW!!! Their equipment they use is best in the business In my opinion/ they got absolutley everything dust/dirt/hair/everything out of the ducts. The price $$ of their services was very reasonable compared to anyone else. I have a dust free house now no dust accumulating on glass coffee/tv tables anymore when the heater blows it really is unbelievable. I Highly recommend eighty-eight duct cleaning.
