In the middle of winter during week of bad weather. They got me scheduled in quickly. He also arrived right on time. He provided great service with a friendly behavior.

Requested a senior level technician to troubleshoot a propane furnace heating issue, and he was amazing. Andrew S, thank you! He listened to my experience with the furnace and was willing to talk with me as he worked through the problem. A technician that listens is rare, trust me, as they usually start taking things apart and focus in on their work. Not this one. Vredevoogd installed the unit 11 years ago and it now continues to run strong again. Looking forward to working with them again next spring for an AC unit and hot water heater. A week ago I was willing to talk away from this company and find another but am now sticking with them for future upgrades…..and no, I’m not a “comfort club” member! I understand that may work for some, but it’s not my thing.

Brent and Roger did a great job of explaining my heat system and how it’s performing. Very professional and helpful, enjoyed having them over to service my heat pump.

I had the furnace checked and routine maintenance done. And a part that needed to be replaced. Andrew had worked on my air conditioner last year and I requested him. He was on time, explained everything to me and made suggestions. I feel confident in his skills and knowledge. He is a asset to your company!

Jake and Griffin installed a new furnace for us and did an excellent job. They were very professional and explained everything very well. Zach was great and explained everything about my tankless hot water heater and what was wrong with it. He gave me options and explained pros and cons of each one. He called and scheduled my next appointment before he left to have a new one installed within the next week. I highly recommend them!!

When Brent first came out to fix our generator, it was 0 F and snowing with howling winds. Not surprisingly, he could not find the problem under those conditions, so I was not charged for the visit. He came back on a more hospital day, discovered the (weird) problem, and fixed it. This was a pleasant surprise since I was expecting a major engine repair bill. Thanks, Brent!

I was very impressed with Zak and work that he did today. I had an old gate valve replaced and some of the pipe going to and from my hot water heater. I knew I had the leaky gate valve but didn’t realize that I also had leaks in the old galvanized pipes as well. Zak took the time to show me where it was leaking from the joints and elbows. He answered all my questions and was extremely courteous.
I’m so glad that I contacted Vredevoogd for this job and will continue to do in the future. Thank you Zak! You did an awesome job!

I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Brent was incredible and fixed our furnace in 20 minutes. We woke up to 50 degrees in our home and had a window of 12pm-2pm for someone to come. Brent came early and got it done so quick. We are so appreciative!! Highly recommend.

Had a radiator pipe break in my master bedroom. Called Vredevoogd emergency number and they came out about 3 hrs later. They sent Brent out who was fantastic fixed the problem along with a bad valve I had in my basement. Didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and gave me some good advice going forward as I want to keep upgrading my home. Highly recommend and hopefully you get Brent!

Andrew was exceptionally professional. He resolved my furnace issue while offering his expertise on future concerns with my 25-year-old furnace. It's nice to have found a company with such high standards and professional technicians. I have also used them in the past when replacing an air conditioning unit. My generac generator showed an oil low pressure code. Brent from Vedevoogd came out promptly. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it, no problem. He also told me about their monthly service payment plan which is very reasonable. I went ahead and signed up.
I'm extremely happy I called and tried Vredevoogd.
