I have an annual maintenance plan and it has saved me from incredibly potential headaches. Even when I called for emergency services and I was rude to Kelly she handled like a real professional and saved my bacon again. Great techs and customer service.

This is the second time using Rapid Flush and we'll be using them again next time we need work done!
Scheduling was easy and both times they were able to come out quickly. They were helpful in explaining the process and what types of remediation were possible if they found issues. I also appreciated the information about what they observed during the job. I highly recommend this company!

Bit of a side note: the first time I called them the septic didn't actually need pumping. They were up front about this. They them went above and beyond to help fix the immediate issue on the spot. I was pregnant at the time and so incredibly grateful to have a functioning toilet asap!

Rapid Flush was on time, and even gave a call and text ahead of time. Eddie was awesome, got the project done very quickly, and was able to give me good advice for keeping the septic system in good order. Eddy and office staff were courteous, communicated well, was on-time and provided excellent customer service for having our septic tank pumped and inspected. Specifically, Eddy explained how the septic system works, the key maintenance tasks required for the system to perform properly, and advocated for the replacement of our talk baffle and tank cover based upon inspection. They were able to replace these items while the tank covers were exposed so we did not need a second service call.

I am very satisfied with Rapid Flush and definitely recommend them when sewer/septic work is needed. Performing routine maintenance will save you thousands!

Our communication with the company was great, and the contract professional. The technician who came was both personable and professional. He explained the process as he did the work, answering our questions. We are SO grateful to get our system working again without having to replace the field, and grateful, too, for their warranty if we need it. The cost is fair and worth it. The company and technician exhibited strong integrity; we highly recommend this process and this company before resorting to replacing your septic field.

We had our septic tank drained for the first time since we built our house. Rapid Flush came on schedule and found the tank quickly and exposed the cover with minimal digging . The tank was drained and the cover and grass replaced. The yard looks like nothing happened. Great service!!

Matt drove from Montague to Saugatuck and was here on time. He was knowledgeable, shared insight into how to make sure the plugged drain doesn’t happen again.

Was clean, cleaned everything up, put everything back where it was, and even did a little extra job for us on tightening down a water filter.

We are very happy with the results. My only complaint is, they didn’t remove their boots or put any tarps down. We have brand new wood floors and white carpet and they were back and forth with snowy boots and their equipment on wheels. But, they did resolve the problem!

David showed up on time. Listened to me describe the problem, Gave me A thorough explanation of how he would approach the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. When he accidentally ran into an old cracked pipe, he showed me what the problem was and gave me a break on pricing Even though the problem was more about the pipe then his approach.He cleaned up well And completed his work In an efficient manner that was sensitive to my time. I will call him again next time.

We had a sewer line opened up by Rapid Flush. It was opened up in 15 minutes. Service Professor couldn't open it up at all and still charged me. Rapid Flush was on time, very professional and very friendly.

While prompt and friendly service repairing the floater in our sump pump. A part of the lid for the floater was open and the lids were not resealed. When requested for them to be resealed with caulk, we were quoted $85. Resealing what was unsealed should be part of the initial job.
