Very happy with the work that was done to replace my roof. Crew was professional and got it done quickly. It took them just over 5 hours to complete which included a full tear off, installing new OSB sheathing on entire roof, along with iceshield barrier 6' up from the eaves, synthetic underlayment on the rest of the roof, 12 roof cap vents for proper air flow along with a dampener vent for the bathroom exhaust fan and new CertainTeed shingles. Brian (owner) was very nice and to the point on what was needed, what they were going to do and what the cost would be. I am very happy I went with them. You won't be disappointed.

I had my roof replaced on my shed. Nice job, Shingles were the same brand and color of what was originally on the house. Now match. Bryan also reviewed my house and informed me that they are not ready for a replacement. He didn't try to sell me something currently not needed. It shows me he is honest and trustworthy.

Bryan and his crew, did a amazing job on my house! Bryan made what could be a stressful situation, extremely smooth and easy. Fast and efficient work, crew had the job finished in no time, plus they left the yard and house cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend

Very honest quote. Was it a cheap quote…. No there was a lot to look into. He made sure to quote a fair price, and a structure that won’t fall down. Honest company get a quote from them and decide yourself.

Brian, is the rudest,meanest, business owner, I’ve ever hired! His team, broke my ceiling in two places.( his workers were ruff) Did not stand by any of his word, or work.He is completely a HOT HEAD! He enjoys screaming at his Customers! And I would not, or never ever recommend him and his team for any roofing and gutter work.

Bryan was great to work with and knows his product well, was very informative on what and why everything needed to be done. Any questions that were had Bryan always answered his phone or returned the call almost immediately. Turn around time from contract being signed to new room being put on was quick. The new roof looks great and will hopefully last for a long time. My only complaint is that during the resheeting on the roof the electrical drop shifted and slightly damaged the soffit underneath the roof overhang.

Update: They returned and fixed the soffit at no cost.

Brian and his team were amazing!! Not just extremely knowledgeable and professional but nice and easy to communicate and work with. They even got us in much sooner than we thought and were done in half a day. And the price was extremely reasonable-they even offered financing through a separate company. They cleaned up like they were never there. We Will be recommending them to family and friends and anyone else we meet who says they need a new roof!

Can't beat BCD Roofing, they did the job super fast and were done by the time I got home at 2pm. There was no mess at all around my house, if it wasn't for the new roof I wouldn't have even known they were there! Communication was fast and easy and price was very competitive. I cannot recommend them enough, BCD will be my first and last call for any future roofing needs. Love my new roof!

This is Mike (utilizing Doris’s account) I would highly recommend BCD for your roofing and gutter needs. Bryan’s attention to detail and pricing were outstanding. Due to the timing the job was being performed during some of the hottest weather we’ve seen all summer. He always kept us updated as to the status of the project and was a pleasure working with him. The job site was throughly cleaned up upon completion and he assured me if any issues arise by all means give him a call. I would also like to add this was a flat roof replacement and there are not many companies out there that excel in this type of roofing as well as standard asphalt shingles. Kudos to Bryan and his crew!

Bryan came right out to my house to tarp my roof after the last wind storm. They were right down the street on Harper in St. Clair Shores and I like to support local businesses. Highly recommend!

If I could give a 10 star review I would. Highly recommend. Bryan was thorough in detail. High end materials. Complete tear off. Roof was completed in a day. Very efficient and neat crew.

Good communication and good product at a very reasonable price, I had multiple quotes done, and Brian was very knowledgeable and one of the best prices I received.

This company recommended a new roof before they even came out, then they got here and said my roof was crumbling, which I found odd since I had just purchased the home the month prior and the inspector said it was in good condition. I've had 2 companies out since who have said my roof is in good condition and will last me several years. Get a second opinion before you commit to a roof replacement.
