I highly recommend BCD Construction for your new roof. The owner Brian was honest, fair & diligent. Brian has years of experience & took care of some additional issues we had with our overhangs. From start to finish it was a job very well done and with great attention to detail. I’ve never seen an owner check his crew on every portion of the project. Brian & crew even took a strong magnet & made sure all the errant nails were extracted from the gutters & the lawn. Brian & his crew were fantastic & I highly recommend BDC roofing.

We recently had some roofing work done by BCD Roofing, and while there were a few scheduling challenges along the way, I want to commend Bryan for following through on everything he promised. He stayed true to his word and made sure the job was completed, which I truly appreciate.

Throughout the process, Bryan was communicative, responsive, and provided expert advice that gave me a lot of confidence in his work. More than just being knowledgeable, he’s a genuinely caring person who clearly takes pride in doing right by his customers.

In the end, the quality of the work and the professionalism stood out. I’ll absolutely be recommending Bryan and BCD Roofing to anyone in my area who needs roofing work done. Great experience overall!

I was having a chimney flashing problem, which led to water leaking into my attic and kitchen. One call to BCD Roofing and (Bryan) came an did a tremendous job. He not only did the ice & water shielding along with the reflashing, but he also built a mini-roof behind the chimney to stop the snow/water build up from siting behind the chimney. The price was very competitive and fit perfectly into our budget, If you need any roof, gutter or siding he is definitely the man to call. Hey Bryan, you will be hearing from us on our gutter project also. 👍

I needed a roof for a new home that I purchased a month ago. Brian got straight to the point - Tells it like it is and told me what I needed and how much the roof will cost. Does not upsell you like the bigger roofing companies nor does he need to negotiate because their pricing is very competitive and affordable. Gives you choices of colors for your roof. Showed up in the start of the morning and finished before the work day ended with his crew of 5 for a 2300 sq ft roof. Job is immaculate - roof is colorful and looks beautiful. I had a great experience with BCD. Bryan took the time to explain the specific issues with my roof and the replacement process itself. I really appreciated that he walked me through things they would do to prevent existing issues from reoccurring (ex: I had damaged chimney flashing that caused interior water damage and they built a baby roof behind my chimney to prevent water from pooling) as well as things that needed to be done to make sure the roof was up to code. He even installed the proper venting for a bathroom exhaust fan that I will be adding during a future renovation. The team was great too - they had the roof replacement done in about an afternoon and didn’t leave any debris behind

The price was also very reasonable and competitive. Overall wonderful service and I would highly recommend!

Bryan came out to my house after my mom died. They did a bunch of roof repairs after the city of St. Clair Shores requested the roof and facia needed to be replaced. They were affordable and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience today as my roof w/attached garage, and a shed was completed today by BCD Roofing. The crew was friendly, and arrived on time, ready to go. They were very efficient and cleaned up as they went. They even cleaned up by the neighbor's houses! The roof looks beautiful and I am very pleased with the color, Espresso by CertainTeed. I really appreciated that Bryan said "I'll do the shed too, not a big deal" as he prepared my estimate. No other roofing companies said that to me, or even asked! I felt that Bryan would go above and beyond in order to make his customers happy, and I certainly am. You won't go wrong by choosing BCD Roofing.
