Ordered some Toro snow blowers from them. Very knowledgeable crew, gave me the sale price and made me feel life family.

Out of 3 ppl there working never once said hello may I help you. So i went outside decided to go somewhere else but decided to come back in.Spent over 300.00 not friendly at all . Should stuck with Tom and collen at A1 friendly service for over 15 yrs. I like to support are local business but step it up. Another business where kids take over and run it to the ground.

I'm in a wheelchair and had no issue getting around the garden center inside or outside. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with assisting me to shop and load. There are a local treasure and I will continue going back, as always.

2 stars because the Loader dropped the load into my bed from a ridiculous height. Let them load your dump trucks and trucks you do not care for: don’t let them load your pick-up beds.

Took my snowblower into get it fixed, brought it home the first time it snowed and I used it the cover fell off the snowblower only put one screw in. Thought it was a better place. Shoddy service!

Knowledgeable, extremely customer oriented. I can’t say enough about how they demonstrate the product they sell & make sure you understand as well. If you have a question they’re always there to help.

They have porch geese! And goose clothes! Lots of gift options. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Just got our Christmas tree there. Great selection, and the customer service was awesome!! We will definitely be buying our trees there from now on!!

My friend purchased top soil last week from this place paid $63 and after a couple days realized it was pure dirt with stones through out the dirt. There is no way nice grass is going to grow. When he asked for top soil that is what he should of received. Not good customer service at all. Dishonesty.

Great customer service will be a customer for life. Treat us with so much respect showed us so many new things. Love this place will be coming here for everything.

Beautiful selection! Great prices and warm, friendly customer service. My children and I came in for river rocks. Not only did we find what we were looking for. The folks here were wonderfully helpful and kind.

D&L is the best place to shop and receive service! John and his staff are amazing. I would recommend this place for others.

Won't honor 1/2 yard or yard prices on mulch, top soil, etc. "Only for pickup trucks or those with a trailer"

I noticed other reviewers here say they drop loads into pickup trucks from ridiculous heights damaging their customers vehicles.

They're knowledgeable on Stihl products and always have the maintenance parts I've needed in stock, and they're priced fairly. I'm sure the same is true for the other product lines they carry as well.

I called on Tuesday and ordered some landscaping supplies and was told it would be delivered on Friday. I called Friday morning to add some items to my order. They never said anything about running behind or me not receiving my delivery. I understand that we are in a pandemic and need to be patient. I am totally understanding. However, my husband took the day off of work to get the job done and they never showed or called to inform us of needing to reschedule. I'm really hoping it comes tomorrow or I hear something.

I've used this place so many but have not left a review becauE I've usually been too busy. But NOT TODAY! I needed a ph meter because the leaves on my plants/trees were turning yellow and i didn't know why. I did everything I was suppose to do and yet ouldnt find the solution, so I narrowed it down to the phone balance in the soil. With that being said I went to 4 different places and no one had a meter, uncluding a hydroponic store(!) , I also was looking for Captain Jack's garden dust to put on my indoor plants that were making the transition from outside, and once again, none of the other stores had it. BUT THIS STORE DID!!!!. They new exactly what I was asking for whereas the other stores did not. Yes I could have bought the items from Amazon but I like buying local. And I agree I should have came here 1st instead of the other stores like I had initially told myself to. But I digress. Anyway.. whenever you feel you need some hay, some bulk dog food, some cute seasonal items to decorate your house, barn, porch, or just about anything, come on down and stop by D&L Garden and they will help you find what you ate looking for and if they have it they can help you get it.

The owner of the shop was so nice. His Parrott brought some cheer, too! I like the variety of products, and I'm exited for speing when they come out with the plants

The place to go for STIHL products! I came in before Christmas to get my mother in law a new stihl weed whip. Spoke with John, he asked me multiple questions about what maintaining her lawn entails, how many acres, commercial use or personal use, etc etc. After about 20 minutes of going over the options he gave his recommendations on what he thought would work best for her based on her needs. I was sold immediately and was ready to purchase the unit and give it as a gift for Xmas. John then says, don't buy it! I was confused? He suggested waiting until April to purchase it since she wouldn't need it right away and that the manufacturer often has a promotion in April for $50 off. I appreciated that very much but really wanted to have something for her to open up on Christmas day...... he then said hold on, went to the back, and came out with this plastic toy stihl weed whip that lights up and makes noise that he used as a display. He said if you promise to come back in April and get one I'll give you this so she has something to open. I was blown away. Needless to say I just picked up the new Stihl weed whip today at the discounted price he promised and its amazing!!! The service and compassion that John and the business has towards its customers is second to none. He even completed the warranty paperwork for me on the product and showed me how to maintain and operate it. I will not go anywhere else from now on for any lawn equipment/supplies or garden needs. I am a customer for LIFE. Thanks John!!!!

Their website states their rolls of sod are 10'. I even asked the cashiers if they were 10' because that's what I needed. Yes they said. Then they said someone would be out to load it. I ended up loading it myself. Get it home and it's like 4-5'. I go back and explain the situation to another lady there who tells me " Yeah that's 10 '...2'w x 5' long...10 sq. Ft.". I tell her well your website is misleading because it says 10'...not 10 sq.ft. Because I was short on time I had to reluctantly buy another 4.99 roll. Deceptive and over priced on everything. $10 for 10 feet plus tax. I will not be coming here any more or recommend this place.

Good for soil, stone, mulch, and straw. Simple replacement parts are ok too. Do not use their repair services though. Brought my Stihl chainsaw in cause it kept stalling. They charged me for a tune up and said it was good to go. I started it up and issue was still there. Took it to a competitor and they said a valve was broken in the carb. This is 2nd issue I've had with their repairs. Won't use them again.
