Dan (x121 at this location), who works normally in the lumber department, is AAAAAAAMAZING! LOVE that man - helpful beyond anything I have experienced in retail customer service. I cannot gush nearly enough over how great his contribution is to customers of Home Depot and the store itself - someone give this man a raise and a promotion - ASAP!!!

My boyfriend and I just left from picking up 28 24”x24” concrete pavers and we were going to load them all by hand but Lee and Clarence hooked us up with the forklift loading!!! Lee finessed that forklift like a pro and got the pallet all the way in over the wheelbase. Thank you guys so much for the help!!

We've had TruGreen for a few years now and they always do a great job. They give us suggestions and recommendations. Giacomo Mele has been our service guy for quite awhile and he always does an excellent job. Highly recommend.

I have used TruGreen lawn applications for years. No weeds, insects or diseases in my lawn. I recommend using there services. Also, you will save time and money in the long term.

I wasn’t available while the guy was here, but the cameras show he definitely did his job. I had the garbage out for garbage day, and he very neatly placed the garbage cans, recycling can, and lawn bags on the curb so he could treat the grass underneath. Great job. I don’t even put my trash out that organized. This was my first application, so I’m excited to see my lawn look better.

Grass is starting to look better can't wait to see where it goes.

I had put fertilizer down by hand. In the fall.of 24. So when my grass came back the next year, it was brown spots. All over didn't know I should have not put it down by hand. So this year of 25. The treatments has surpassed my expectation. This is my second year. I will continue to be a customer that seeks There service

Technician Angelica was patient with teaching me about my lawn and what it’ll take to get optimum results. She answered questions and gave me insight on what I didn’t know I needed to ask. She took her time treating my lawn. She spoke with pride and confidence. It’s because of her I’m looking forward to a beautiful lawn next year and being with TruGreen.

I talked to casmer Laird and I thought it made a perfectly clear to him that I did not want a package. The next day after he left they came and did something to my bark on my trees and came with a pesticide for my bushes. Then finally a man came to spray my lawn for grubs weed control and I don't think that I ever had a lawn service that they came out and sprayed for grubs with another kind of pesticide. I was very disappointed that he did not do as I asked. He signed me up for a package I did not want and I would have ended up spending tons of money. Not happy at all with this could you please reply thank you.

Called to speak with a representative as a new customer to get a quote. When I advised I'd like to follow up with another company to compare before making the commitment the representatives response was alright fine in a unplesant tone and he hung up on me. Truly unprofessional with his response and attitude. It's within my right as a consumer to check other companies before making a commitment. Now my business will surely go elsewhere. Very unfortunate.

I love the way Ymer came to my door to talk about today’s spraying because my yard was full oh Halloween decorations up. He came up with away to go around and under the decorations. Thank you so much!

Very knowledgeable guy and gave me wonderful tips about my lawn care. Very pleased with him and he was very professional.

I would not call them "True" Green The only 2 times they came the field tech failed to inspect the site, and got his equipment stuck in my yard.
Then asked for an inspection as to why only 1 - 2 weeks later after application my yard was no greener. Claimed it was cut too short, and needed water. (sorry but I use a commercial mower with the setting as high as it goes) Do not count on the "guarantee" comeback and reapply if needed.

Prepaid for entire season of mosquito control, weed control and perimeter pest. Every month had to call as I was dropped from schedule EVERY MONTH. Didn't honor 'guarantee' for mosquito control, and had to cancel that portion mid season to get refund of unused portion. Will not be stupid enough to prepay.. doubt I'll do business with them next year. Yard doesn't look that great either.

Ive been using TruGreen (TruCore) for only 2 months. In this time, my weeds have been completely removed without any grass killed. It seems they spray a weed/fertilizer/grub control mix on the lawn. The grass i have looks amazing and healthy. I'll give TruGreen 5 stars if they are able to reseed the bare areas of my lawn as the tech said they would when signing up for the program. I will update this review honestly as time goes on.

First of all, one has to go thru the "call center" which is outsourced to make a complaint. Cannot talk to the company directly. The call center will send a note to them. Second the person with a motorized spreader goes so fast over the lawn i am surprised if much fertilizer got on the ground at all. and lastly, after getting a text message the person from trugreen is on their way it took 2 hours before they got here. Had to keep the dog inside (outside dog) while waiting for the application.

Met Kosovo was very helpful about our lawn care.He took the time to talk us about grubs with our lawn and moles. Thank you so much!!
