I was a loyal customer of TruGreen for many years. Just recently I noticed my lawn which was healthy and green and only 2 years old getting burnt spots after the last application.

I was so disappointed that I asked to have a manager come out, as well as reimburse me and not to have anymore services by TruGreen.

Because I cancelled the service for obvious reasons, they say they cannot help me. So I told them I will be filling out BBB complaint and posting pics on social media. DO NOT USE TRUGREEN!

Also, I would leave 0 Stars if this site would let me, but it won’t let me post without selecting at least 1 Star.

I spoke with Lance Brown , the Service Staff, who greeted me and asked if I had any concerns. He explained the service being provided today which was fertilization and addressing weeds where needed. I am pleased with Mr. Brown’s service and the time he invested.

A year of fertilizer program, aeration and over seed and my lawn looks significantly worse than it did a year ago. As spring is kicking in I'm realizing even more how bad it is. It will probably take me a couple years and hundreds to fix the damage done. If it was free I would still stay away from them ever touching my grass again. It always happy knowing that Lamarr’s coming out to treat my property, because he knows my property & the problem areas that we have. He always does a fantastic job.

I have been a loyal TruGreen customer for over six years, and I’ve never experienced such poor service until now. I pay for weed control, grub control, overseeding, and fertilization, yet here we are in September with my lawn in worse condition than ever. My yard is full of weeds, and large patches of grass have been destroyed by grubs—ironically, the very problem I hired TruGreen to prevent!

It is incredibly frustrating to see my lawn in such bad shape, especially when I’ve continued to pay for services that clearly aren't being performed. There’s no way anyone can tell me that proper treatment has been done when my yard looks this terrible. I was told someone would come out to address the issue, but frankly, it should never have gotten this bad in the first place.

I understand that no service is perfect, and a few weeds here and there are to be expected, but my yard is overrun. To make matters worse, the grub infestation has caused significant damage to my lawn. TruGreen, it’s time to hire honest, reliable technicians who will actually do the work they’re being paid to do. As a customer, this feels incredibly unfair, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service this year.

If I could give this zero stars I wouldn’t hesitate! This company is filled with lies and manipulation to keep you paying! I’m very sick and tired of all the people I keep getting transferred to! My grass hasn’t looked this bad since 2013 it’s burnt lots of bare patches and chunks of grass missing from it being burnt! I spoke to multiple managers as well as service managers and they keep trying to sell me what I don’t need! The service men tell me to do something and the ones on the phone want me to do something else! The manager even told me I have to fertilize and seed the lawn myself and sometimes even fertilize! What did I hire you guys for I’m paying $50 for a small patch of my front yard for nothing… I wasted nearly $300 dollars this season for my grass to be burnt patchy and crabgrass grown all over!

DON’T DO MY MISTAKE THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES THAT WILL GET YOUR LAWN LOOKING BETTER LOOK THE OTHER WAY FROM THIS ONE

Juliet always does a great job. Today she retreated due to insect issues that have continued to plague a section of front yard. She also applied nitrogen which was not allowed in Florida during last treatment.

My only issue is that it takes too much convincing to have office send her out for retreating lawn. This has contributed to the damage. I should not have to complain to get the retreatment performed. I hope we can get the lawn to come back.

Mr AJ, the lawn technician gave my wife and I a thorough explanation of what he applied today. He also answered other lawn related questions.

We have used TruGreen for a few years now. Our lawn is always the best on the block and we have no problems with mosquitoes either. All the workers are very friendly and courteous. BTW we had Charlie today and he was super nice!

Jamarie R was amazing! I have had TruGreen for the last 4-5 years, and I promise he was the absolute best person to come and treat my lawn. He TOOK HIS TIME and made sure that he treated the lawn.... he did not rush like the other people, and he talked me and made sure that I kept up with the maintenance to keep my grass looking green and the best grass on my block
( when its not hot and dry lol, the video does it no justice... It looks nicer in person lol)

With this lawn service, and I have tried many, I have seen very good results in a very short time. My lawn is thicker and greener than ever, Thank you Natural Way.

Natural Way did a good job this year. They contacted me before they were coming out so my services could be modified to not adversely affect what improvements I have been doing to my lawn.

Sales guy sold me an Organic service and then signed me up for the regular poison. They refused to credit my account. Terrible customer service call today. Made me pay for poisoning my lawn. Looking no for a new organic option.

This is the first year with use this service and our grass has never looked this good we will continue to use the service

I have been a customer for 3 years now. I have to say my grass looks healthy and the pricing is fair. Good company to have to take care of your lawn. I recommend.

What I appreciate most is getting a call that Natural Way will be out in a day or two. In most cases, I'm able to get my lawn cut in preparation for the service they are coming out to perform.

Natural Way uses good products on your lawn. Each time they’re at your home they leave a detailed analysis of the findings. Excellent customer service.
