I reached out for recommendations for an aeration service. I wanted it to be done the same wk of contact if possible. Nick the owner of "Property Shepherds" came highly recommended.

I contacted him, he scheduled me right away with a fair price, showed up exactly when he said he would and knocked out the aeration.

Nick was friendly, polite and professional I can see why he and his company was recommended.

Nick and the Property Shepherds crew have even great. We ran into issues with our previous lawn service not coming to do work in a timely manner so we looked elsewhere and found Property Shepherds. They were able to come out that same week and get our yard back in order. They are always regularly coming out and doing a fantastic job keeping our lawn cut as well as doing waste removal due to our dogs. Nick even reached out to us to see about snow removal for the winter, which we happily took advantage of. Nick always shoots me a text to let me know that they're coming when we get a few inches of snow. The communication, fast invoicing, and amazing work ethic have made this a fantastic experience so far. If you don't already use Property Shepherds for your lawn care, then you really should make the switch.

I met with Nick two weeks ago because I need a new lawn care service. He seemed very professional . We were in agreement and decided to work together. I've wanted my front door painted for a while and saw that he offers painting. I asked and he gave me a very fair price. He painted the door today and it is very beautiful! It surpassed my expectations! He did a great job, came on time, and was respectful of my property. I would definitely recommend him!

Nick the owner did such a great job on my lawn cut the grass, weed whacked and cleaned everything this up! If you need your lawn or anything else in your yard done this is the man to call, very reasonable prices

I had Property Shepard's out to do Core Aeration on my front and back lawn. I met with Nick and he was through and reasonable. I had a special request for the cores to be removed from the front lawn and it was not an issue at all for him. He was quick and timely and did it all without waking my toddler during nap time. Incredibly honest work is hard to find in the area and Nick at Property Shepard's is an excellent example of great work ethic with honest prices.

I tried out Nick and his team this past summer season and got nothing but AMAZING service. Nick worked with me everyday and is one of the most fair men I have had the pleasure of doing business with. A gentleman and a scholar!

Service, communication, and price are outstanding. Nicholas is very professional and communication was extremely timely. They completed dethatching service on our lawn when it was appropriate, not just completing the job to check the box. I could not be happier with the overall customer service and quality of service. Company was working on a yard on Merrick street in Taylor. I was walking down the sidewalk with my dogs, one of the workers was using a leaf blower to remove the grass clippings from the sidewalk. Totally normal - HOWEVER, I slowed down for the dude to see me so he could stop for a second, like every other guy using a leaf blower I’ve ever encountered ever has. Instead I stood there while the dude stared me down and continued using the blower like a white trash clown.

Found them on FB. Came to our house today for thatching. Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! I believe the gentleman’s name was Jake that my husband dealt with absolutely phenomenal, fantastic guy and beautiful work. We now have our neighbors wanting their number. I love an honest, true company and that would be this company.

Property Shepherds Outdoor services does great work. They aerated my yard in the fall the first time they came out. The second time they edged my flower bed and put new mulch down. Very fair prices with excellent quality services. Would recommend.

This company has been amazing to work with! We called to get a quote on our yard for desperate cleanup. The last couple of years have gotten away from us, and we needed edging and yard clean up behind and next to our garage. We contacted them Thursday and they came out that saturday!! They were reasonably priced too! They swept up, and even took away a bug pile of weeds we pulled ourselves!
We are getting a quote to pull out some trees/bushes also!

Nicholas from Property Shepherds was great from start to finish of my project. His communication skills were great, we walked my property and he noted all the things I needed done, and then took care of it. I literally came home and felt like my home was renewed! He offered me some tips on upkeep, and the whole job from first contact to finish was so smooth. I probably only touched a fraction of the things he can help with and was earnestly impressed. Your young men came Monday and cleaned up the leaves in my yard. During the cleanup, they bumped into my gas meter with their equipment. They checked it several times during the cleanup and came to the door and informed me of what had happened— and they had checked it intermittently and did not smell gas nor hear any sound that might indicate a leak. After they left, they continued to be concerned about it and called me to advise me to call DTE to check and be sure they had not damaged it. DTE was called and checked my home and neighboring homes and found no issues.
I want to send a ‘thank you’ to Jarrett and Bryce for their care and concern. I truly appreciate the concern that was shown for my safety.
