Brad always arrives on time. Extremely thorough and cleans up everything before he leaves. Ive been in the trades for over 50 years and Brad shows that he has a lot of talent.

As garner heating & cooling did come to my home very quickly , he spent 5 minutes or less in my basement to tell me that it’a working (when it clearly wasn’t, my house was 57 degrees) because my basement was warm. When I asked if he knows why it could be working only in the basement and not anywhere else throughout the house he said no idea. Then I asked for suggestions on someone I can call because I have children and my elderly grandfather in the home, he tells me no idea once again. I’ve had a similar issue and naugle did a great job fixing it ! I’ll stick with them from now on!

Blower went out on fireplace, they took it back to the shop and repaired it and a few days later placed it back and things worked great. Unfortunately it went out again this year so I believe we need a new blower motor and will be calling them back. Very nice service person.

Brad was very professional and polite and did everything in his power to get me heat. I need a new furnace and he is going to install it sometime this week at a very fair price, I would highly recommend him

I have no complaints! Always kind and respectful. Gets right to work to fix the problem. Thank goodness I have the appliance coverage through consumers!! So I can’t say what I paid.

Brad and his team have gone above and beyond to help us out including contacting our warranty provider to get our faulty unit replaced. They are quick to answer calls and do repairs as well. Would recommend them 100 times over.

Highly recommend Garner. They were able to service my home quickly and repaired issue for a very reasonable cost. Throughout the process, I talked with three different people. All of whom were very helpful and courteous. Will definitely be using Garner again!

Garner is a solid HVAC service company. I had need in Ann Arbor. They made an appointment, arrived on time, where experts in my furnace & A/C, & charged a reasonable price. I'll use their service again without any concerns.

Garner Heating & Cooling did a great job on replacing my A/C condensor. They worked with my insurance company to get all of the details done so the job could be done quickly and we could be cool again during the hot summer months. They also addressed some other issues to make my A/C unit work more efficiently in my home.

Recently had my furnace replaced. The 2 guys that came out were exceptionally professional. It's been a couple weeks since we got our new furnace and it's working great. It was only a couple days after we paid them that they were out here hooking up the new furnace, which was totally understandable seeing as how it's fall and the amount of service calls is through the roof but me and my wife Definitely recommend these guys to other potential customers if you want the job done right.

We needed a new water heater and they recommended we go with the tank less heater. They are one of the best Heating and Cooling companies I have experienced. They were in and out within a few hours. I would highly recommend Garner for all of your needs.

My family's furnace was having issues so we called garner heating and cooling and they sent someone out to look at it. Turns out we needed a new furnace and so they gave us a quote. A few days later we called them back and decided to have them install a new furnace for us. I'm glad we did because the furnace is awesome, and not going to lie, the security of knowing we won't have to replace our furnace anytime soon is very reassuring. They got the new one installed and the setup is very neat and compact. The time frame was a few hours for them to complete which I thought was quick. Very impressed overall. I called Garners with no heat and panicked bc it was March and cold. They came same day, diagnosed the issue- cracked heat exchanger and leaking carbon monoxide. They were professional, quick, and knowledgeable. They helped me find the very best affordable option and had a new furnace installed within days. They even let me borrow space heaters in the mean time as I waited for parts to come in. They truly went above and beyond. They were amazing to work with and I will definitely recommend them to others! Brandon did a fantastic job on the instal and Nicole was a blessing to work with in the office. Thanks! 😊
