We decided to give Naugle another try (having had a bad experience with the prior owner). Having used another local company for 20 years, we wanted a second estimate for a new AC unit, felt the one we got was high. Turns out Naugle came in $1000 less. The owner himself came to give the estimate. Months later we had an issue with the AC. We called after hours and left a message. Within a minute the owner called back. He came out within an hour to assess the issue. The work was under warranty and he had a crew out quickly to fix the problem-highly recommend Naugle and will be using them from now on.

Jim was great to work with, he did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and explaining all if our options. Jim/crew replaced our furnace quickly and without issue/delay. Installation crew arrived on time and made sure to protect our floors/carpet during the installation process. We will definitely use them again for all of our heating/cooling needs. Thank you!

Naugle did an excellent job installing a gas line to allow for a gas stove in my new home. They gave a free estimate, which was so appreciated in adding an expense like this. All of the people who who came to estimate and install were right on time (with a call first to let me know exactly when to expect them), professional, and clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. They made sure things were done well and worked with the delivery crew of the new stove that day to make sure that it was properly installed, safe, and ready to use!

The same day of the gas line installation, I returned home to find my thermostat not receiving power from my HVAC system. I called Naugle right away, and, instead of immediately jumping on a service call, he talked me through checking on a few things first with system to see if there was just a connection problem with the Google Nest thermostat. Sure enough, it was!! It was a super easy fix on my end (he even stayed on the phone with me the whole time to ensure it was back up and running) and saved me the charge of a service call.

I highly recommend using Naugle for your heating and cooling needs!

My home A/C unit quit running because of a failed capacitor. I called and Naugle came out the same day and made the repair. Several hours after the technicians left I realized they accidentally reversed the direction of the compressor fan. I called them after hours and the owner came out immediately and corrected the error and topped off my refrigerant for no charge. Mistakes happen in any business so I am happy to leave a 5 star review for how they made it right and for their professionalism and communication.

I called Naugle 1 hour and 9 minutes ago, and in that time, Koreigh was able to come out, diagnose our AC issue, fix it, show me a few helpful things for planning ahead, and left already!

They were super helpful on the phone; and were able to squeeze me in as Koreigh had gotten back from another job early, and had another one booked later.

Super thankful for them; I know it's their job, but the stress (of potential costs) and discomfort (from the heat and humidity) had me a bit worried about how long it might take to get repaired and the cost involved.

Obviously the repair was quick and great, and the cost seemed more than fair and reasonable to me.

They'll definitely be my first call for any HVAC issue in the future.

Even in the off-hours, we relax by calling this company, which we trust to be fair and trustworthy and not take advantage of the situation. They came out late on a Sat night without complaint, quickly determined the issue and ordered the parts as soon as they could. We had heat back as fast as they could get the part from their door to ours. Edit we recently had them in for a yearly inspection where they found bees nests in the duct and blew them out…. So we thought…. When it came time to turn on the furnace it wasn’t blowing air. They came in, found where the bees nests they thought they had blown out were still clogging the ducts and completed the job with no issue and no extra charge or hassle. Honestly and integrity are words that come to mind.

We needed a new air conditioner, furnace and hot water heater Naugles had just done the same for our neighbor, they were satisfied and recommended Naugles to us. Called office and Jim came out very promptly and looked all over and gave us our estimate and installation date. Also charged our air so we were comfortable until that date. Scott and assistant worked in tight quarters to install all as we live in a modular home. They were professional and timely and cleaned up after their work. We would recommend Naugles to anyone seeking nice, professional and service minded individuals along with good pricing. You call and they are there! Very satisfied we are!

I’ve been using Naugle Heating and Cooling for several years now—for my furnace, AC, and most recently my hot water heater—and they continue to prove why they’re the only company I trust. Every experience I’ve had with them has been consistently prompt, polite, and professional.
Earlier this week I called to have my aging hot water heater flushed and inspected. After thinking it over, I called back the next day to ask about replacing it. Katie was absolutely wonderful on the phone. She took her time walking me through what the replacement process would look like and even followed up with me via text when I couldn’t talk. That level of communication made everything so much easier.
Jim also spent time explaining the pros and cons of tankless versus traditional heaters so we could make an informed decision without feeling rushed or pressured. His honesty and clarity were truly appreciated.
When installation day came, Jeremiah and Scott arrived earlier than scheduled after I let them know I could accommodate an earlier time. They were efficient, friendly, and had the new heater installed in about two hours. Afterward, Jim went over all the features with me so I felt confident using the new system.
Naugle has been a steady, reliable presence for my home over the years. I’ve tried other local companies in the past and walked away disappointed, but Naugle has never let me down. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care for their customers set them apart. I’ll be sticking with them for all my heating and cooling needs.

Absolutely wonderful. We've been working with Naugle for many years. Recently replaced our AC and furnace when our old unit reached the end of it's life. They came out within hours of us calling initially, diagnosed our issue and had a new unit in before the week was done. With all of our issues they seem to get the problem resolved quickly and efficiently. They came when I wasn't home so I did not have to miss work and I came home to everything taken care of -- and even a cute mug with chocolates! Now we can head into summer without any worries of AC troubles. Happy to have them in town and will use them when our water heater needs replacing.

I had a good experience with this company. They came to assess my water heater, which was old and leaking. They replaced it quickly and reasonably. The techs were knowlegable, courteous, and they did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Naugle really went above and beyond helping my aging parents. When my parents had issues with their newish furnace that had been installed by another company, Naugle discovered the other company had actually installed the wrong size furnace (and thus the wrong air conditioner.) Knowing my parents needed heat right away and having to replace the furnace and ac so soon was unexpected, Naugle came right out and took care of everything. Along with being empathetic and professional, Naugle has also been extremely kind, patient, and gracious with my elderly parents, and for that, we are grateful.

Such a great business! Our furnace has been acting up and Naugle has been out twice to help us with our issues. Both times they came out in under an hour - so appreciated in this cold weather and with having a newborn.
