My outside unit is very old and was not turning on or working. I thought it was going to need to be replaced. Justin went above and beyond to find the issue and now it's working just as it should be! He has great communication and explained everything along the way. I will be using him for all of my future repairs or replacements.

I called last night at 8pm and Justin was able to come out less than 24 hours later to diagnose a problem with my AC. He discovered there is a massive refrigerant leak and explained what my different options are in terms of simply refilling the refrigerant vs replacing the unit altogether. My unit is less than a year old so I’m hoping my warranty will cover the costs but Justin gave me advice on what to do if I have issues with the warranty. Long story short, I highly recommend Downriver Climate Control for any HVAC needs!

I can’t even begin to explain what an amazing job they did. My furnace had stopped working and I was given Justin’s number. He came out that same day, figured out the issue and had my new furnace installed asap. They were fast, efficient, professional and very respectful of my animals at home as well. We had the dreaded “furnace breaking down”on the snowiest and coldest days here in Downriver MI.

We have a little one and a puppy, so needless to say we were panicked and in a pinch— and of course this happened during the evening. We called Downriver Climate Control and Justin came out promptly and thoroughly assessed the situation. Our 20+ year furnace was at the end of its rope, with the heat exchangers rusted, leaky, and overall done for.

Justin immediately went over all of our options and answered our questions thoroughly. He was not high pressure at all. We ended up purchasing a new furnace and install. Pricing was very reasonable. He had excellent product knowledge of the brand we decided on. He was out with his colleague the next morning on time as scheduled and had us up and running within hours. Super professional and organized. He also did an impeccable job cleaning up when the job was done.

Had Justin out to check out an issue with our AC. He was sharp, professional, and got straight to the point. Checked the furnace, confirmed everything was solid, and handled the outdoor AC repair on the spot. No BS, no upsell—just honest work done right. System’s running great now. Justin got our heat going again within 10 to 15 minutes on a Sunday recently. It was a minor issue he diagnosed promptly. My wife and I enjoyed meeting him as he was a very friendly and informative person. We are pleased to have him help us and whenever we need heating cooling needs we will call on him. I highly recommend him to anyone in the downriver area!!!

AC not working, Called and Justin arrived within a few hours, he diagnosed the system and recharged the AC unit, works perfect now! Very happy with the service and promptness. Provided great suggestions for the future as the unit is older.

Cannot stress enough how pleased we are with Justin and the response/service from Downriver Climate Control. They are the best! Our AC stopped right in the middle of the biggest heat wave. Our unit is old and never has had service or a checkup (something we will remedy from now on). 10pm and I called the name on the furnace. Waited in hold for an hour and got an appointment a week later. De used that was not going to work and found Downriver Climate Control and called. Justin answered immediately and scheduled me for the Next Day. The next day another 95 degree day and thunderstorms. Justin kept in touch and got here between cloudburst and fixed my AC in minutes. Took the time to check the system and refrigerant and was done in less than an hour. I would strongly advise supporting this young man and his company if you need your AC or furnace fixed ,checked or are considering replacement.
