Nathan did a phenomenal job with our kitchen, dining area, bath and hallway!!! I am beyond happy with the transformation of our tile floors. It looks like the day we moved in, 18 years ago. Just had all my carpet cleaned and Andrew (the technician) did an amazing job. I have a puppy that is finally potty trained but there were A LOT of urine stains that I couldn't completely get out myself so I added on the pet package and it really helped remove them all. It took less than two hours to do the whole house and it smells so good, not a powerful smell or anything just smells clean. Definitely will have them come by again next year!

Very responsive, punctual and honest. They were careful in my home, explained what products they were using on both my furniture and carpet and most importantly removed the stains present throughout. I would recommend them without fail, excellent to deal with...nice people, nice equipment and a job well done.

Everyone at the company was very responsive and helpful. They did a great job of cleaning the carpets and paid great attention to making sure drapes and vents were off the ground and didn't get damaged. Would highly recommend them for carpet cleaning at a fair cost.

This is my third experience with Natures Way and I have been very happy every time! The carpet cleaner was very friendly and professional and did a wonderful job on my white carpet, it looks brand new! I was amazed at how fast it dried!

It's not very often that you find a company that can accommodate your needs without "high pressure sales". From initial investigation to scheduling the appointment, Natalee was most instrumental in answering all my questions and providing a competitive quote for my carpet cleaning requirements. Andrew the technician was punctual, professional and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets including removing some long standing stains in from of my chairs. Their same day service to add a small area rug to the order was most helpful since I had not considered it during the initial scheduling. I can honestly say I have found a new partner for all my cleaning and upholstery needs. Keep up the great work.

Wonderful company!!! It’s nice to know there are quality companies out there still, especially when coming into your home that can be trusted and want to do a good, thorough job. They have done a wonderful job cleaning our carpets every time and are good to talk to in person and over the phone. They are what all companies should be now a days and will continue to do business with in the future!!!

Andrew did a great job! It looks fantastic we are very pleased with the work. He was courteous and professional. We have an autistic daughter and he answered all her questions about the pets ect. We couldn’t be happier and the price was great too!

This is my second service with Nathan and Nature's Way. Once was for my mattress cleaning and another for upholstery and carpeting. No funky chemical smells like other places. I find that relieving for my kids and I. I am very pleased with the service and quality!!! Technician is very kind and informative.

I had Nature's Way Carpet Cleaning come and clean my carpets, my sectional, and area rugs. Tom showed up on time and was very professional. He took his time and was very thorough. I can not get over what a great job he did, and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work that was done. My sectional was bad, but now it looks great. I would recommend Tom and Nature's Way to anybody. Our experience with Nature's Way was amazing, and they will be the only company we hire for future cleaning, and we just did for our new house...You will not be disappointed!!

I've used Nature's Way Carpet Cleaning twice now and will definitely use them for my future needs. The first time Tom cleaned the second time Nathan. I received reminders prior to my appointment which was greatly appreciated because I had to re-schedule the second time and was able to do that with ease. On both occasions Tom the first time and Nathan the second were prompt and friendly. I showed them any problem areas due to my two dogs going in and out of my condo and a couple of unidentified stains. They knew exactly what to do and my carpets came out like new! Drying time was minimal unlike other companies I've used and is so much more convenient especially with animals! I highly reccommend them!!

I had my entire house cleaned by Tom - carpets, area rugs, tile grout in bathroom floors, and all the upholstered furniture. I couldn't be happier!! Everything is spotless. Great service, my old carpet looks new again. The cleaning technician was polite and thorough. It only took about 45 minutes for a great room, basement stairs and main hallway. He moved the heavy furniture too.I can highly recommend Nature's way.

They left my white sofa looking like new! My first experience with them and I’m very satisfied. I was worried at first since the sofa is a fragile material but they know what they’re doing! Will definitely use their services again.

Great service and value. I have used Nature's Way carpet cleaning several times from a few rooms to the entire house. The carpets dry quickly, look great. We have small children and the cleaning products they use are safe and good quality. They even help move our sectional, which is difficult, as this is the only time we get under there. Also, one thing I have noticed is they do not nickle and dime you on square footage like some of the other companies who like to add last-minute charges. The bottle of free carpet cleaner works wonders on all types of stains, way better than Resolve. Wish I could get an industrial sized bottle of it, however they will refill it for free any time you call and ask. Whenever I call, they seem able to get out to my house within a few days. Highly recommend Nature's Way!

I had a great experience with Natures Way. Nathan was on time, very professional and did a great job cleaning my couches and recliner. He took a lot of time to make sure he covered every inch of the furniture. He was knowledgeable and has 5 years experience. He seemed to take pride in his work and it showed. I would feel 100% comfortable recommending Natures Way to anyone.
