Just wanted to say your guys were top shelf. Super professional, nice and hard working even though the house fought them all the way. We're lucky to have found your company and we appreciate you! Happy holidays! - Jason & Michelle

I’ve used Comfort Plus Heating and Cooling a few times—first for furnace and AC replacement, and most recently for a water heater replacement. Every experience has been consistently excellent. They respond quickly, respect your time, and we were able to get same-day service. The entire team is knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to propose solutions and answer any questions. The process from requesting repairs to the actual work is pleasant, consistent and efficient.
If you want experienced experts who are professional, honest, prompt, and do great work, Comfort Plus, Heating and Cooling is the company to call!

Comfort Plus replaced my old furnace a month ago, and it immediately began leaking water (condensate from the AC) beneath the new furnace, where as it never leaked prior to replacing the furnace. After three visits to attempt a repair, I'm now told there is a hole in the condensate pan. It wasn't there before. No offer to fix, repair, or replace. Poor workmanship.

I Do not recommend this company. guy came out yesterday said everything was good, but then the next day still having the same problem. same guy comes out today cleans the blower and says it going to be 180 dollars. but he didn’t even tell me a price before cleaning it. In that case I would’ve cleaned it my self at no charge. Now I’m out 280 dollars. i call the office the guy says yea he’s supposed to tell you the Price before doing anything. now theres nothing they can do. some BS. i will make sure no one goes thru this company, they just want peoples money. I knew I should’ve went with a different heating and cooling company. Never will do business with these guys ever.

Sold me an offbrand AC unit that they “highly recommend.” 14 months later the unit blew a fuse because of an accumulation of cottonwood fibers on the fins, according to the maintenance technician. Comfort Plus charged me $168 to replace the fuse! Told me it’s not covered under 2-year warranty because it was due to lack of maintenance. Instead I would contend that you gouged me on a fuse that blew because you sold me a POS unit. My prior unit lasted almost 40 years and never blew a fuse under the exact same conditions. I hope that $168 was worth losing a customer.

The tech basically smacked my furnace with a wrench until it turned on again. Claimed it was a stuck gas valve and recommended replacement($600) or a new furnace($3500). I troubleshooted it myself with a multimeter and some simple research and it was the pressure switch not even the gas valve. Replaced the part for $30 and the furnace has been fine ever since. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Horrible experience do not waste your time with these guys.

Called to have someone come out to check on my furnace. Not once did they tell me about a 99 dollar fee to even come out. Until after. What a sad excused for a business where ripping people off is your top priority. And they are trying to charge me 700 dollars for a 135 dollar part and about 4 nuts to take off. I do NOT recommend Comfort heating and cooling fir absolutely anything.

Sorry to say, I was not satisfied with their service. They came out to do a health check on my mom's A/C, gave it a good rating. They told her the unit is getting old and she should replace it. She went to use it and it didn't work. Called another company to fix it, she was uncomfortable using them again, and they said the unit has no freon. The new company said the cap on the valve was loose and the freon leaked out. They filled it and it works great. Called Comfort Plus for a refund on the health check and they refused. Hid behind the 30-day warranty on their work if she would have called them instead.
***Good customer service is not always just doing what the agreement says.
