We built a home with CCH and were informed to work with Ferguson as our kitchen plumbing and bathroom fixture vendor. Alanna from the Troy location was exceptional to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and patient through the design and selection process. I want to re-iterate the last point about being patient as I think we must have changed our selections over a dozen times. Through it all, Alanna always maintained a professional presence and if felt frustrated or annoyed by our inability to stick with a decision, never made us feel it was known. I want to thank Alanna for all her help and expertise in aiding us in building our beautiful custom home.

My husband and I can in the store looking for plumbing fixtures for our upcoming remodel. No one greeted us or asked if we needed any help. We browsed from about 30/35 min with no assistance. As we were leaving another couple was greeted with with a warm response and immediately asked if they needed assistance and how they could be helped.

From start to finish this company is great….! Phone rep was awesome….paula and front desk rep was great…..parts guys Jose, Zee, and Joseph assisted in every way possible and even got my account set up in minutes.

I own a home remodel and door and imwindow business so I deal with suppliers and sales dpt folks all the time. This company and their team is fantastic. Thanks to the team in Troy our day took a tuen for the better….!!!!

I was in a few months back to get fixtures for a bath remodel, which I needed sooner than I realized for our contractor to finish our job. An associate (I believe her name was Paula) was kind enough to sit down with me and go over what type of faucets, valves, and shower heads I would need. She helped me order the right ones that also matched the style of the bathroom. Such great customer service and we are super pleased with the choices she helped us pick out!

Needed to have a hot water heater repaired quickly ay one of our investment properties and Aarons plumbing did a fantastic job!! Very fair priced and the repair was done quickly!! Highly recommended!

Right from the start the girl in the office I spoke to was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She understood exactly what I needed. The technician arrived on time, was also very polite and took the time to explain exactly what was needed in terms I could understand. I felt their pricing was very fair. I will definitely call them again.

Really great company to work with. No problem getting an appointment even though they were extremely busy. Not only did they fix the problem they were called for, they spotted another potential issue and was able to fix it at the same time. I found their pricing to be fair and booking an appointment really easy. Highly recommend!

Joel Ridenour was more than helpful. I didn’t like the whole idea of spending $, but he made it all the more palatable by looking at other issues. He was great. Don’t know about costs as this was the only company I called to fix/install a new water heater

2 outside waterline spigot replacements. $726 after my elderly mother complained the cost was too much. Not sure what the original quote was.

Scott, John & their crew were very professional, on time, clean and very knowledgeable. I had them install a hydronic heating system with many extra features. On demand hot water, a heated jacuzzi, a heated garage, two heated floors and the rest of the house on baseboard heat. All from one boiler. It's clear to me, I selected the right company.

Birmingham Plumbing, Heating and Cooling does amazing work. Their communication from the beginning to the end is great, you receive text messages and emails so you know who exactly is coming and what to expect. The service techs are all very friendly, very experienced and very professional. Trucks are all clean and after the service appointment is over you will not even know they were in your house. They have handled two A/C and Furnace Installations, both were great experiences.They will be my go to for all Plumbing and Heating and Cooling needs.

Birmingham Plumbing Heating and Cooling has been my go to company for several years. I wished that I had discovered them when I first moved into my house 14 years ago. Honest people that doesn’t take advantage of females. Affordable prices for my purse strings. They helped me out so much!!! Yearly maintenance services, etc… My Tankless water heater is so beautiful and efficient. It looks like a large suitcase luggage on the wall. Love these people!!!

My water heater died at the most inopportune moment as I had family coming into town. I received next day service and Rick and his apprentice did an amazing job!
