Not very professional when out in public. I witnessed a worker in a work vehicle pulling a large AC unit down Dixie highway, when he was passed by multiple cars he was waving his hand with profanity in an upset matter (you know what I’m talking about). He then proceeded to tailgate for a stretch of time. Again I say, how unprofessional.

Great company and a great staff. I really like working with them.

Called this company 10 times spoke with the father and son 25 days later still no response. Not the way you run business. Imagine if you need an emergency service. STAY AWAY

Ordered Two booster fans January today is March 8th....can you see the problem? Honestly the people aren't rude but if you are not ok to not get 1 phone call back/update or get the job done for 6 months then go with Matheson Heating also in commerce and did the job in less then a week.

Had Denny's out after hours. Quick response time, good service and very professional. Tech had my walk in going and back in service. Thanks Denny's, you guys are the best!!

My air conditioner at my restaurant has been out all week. I called on Monday and they said they would send out a service tech that day. No call, no show. Called again tuesday, they said they would send somebody out. No call, no show. I called again Wednesday and asked if there was a way to find out if someone could actually come out and they told me no, they are too busy to actually guarantee if anyone can show up

Highly suggest taking your companies number off of your vehicle if your employees don’t know how to properly drive. I had van 20 cut me off multiple times and kept speeding up on my rear when trying to get over.

Older white gentleman with a beard. Not sure if he’s having a bad day, but HOPEFULLY this complaint finds you well and some type of coaching is done. Unfortunately in most cases, NOTHING happens. Have a good day :)

The people in the office are always nice and you can tell they have a smile on there face when they are talking to you. The tech that came out to fixe my unit was extremely nice and he gave me a lot of information on how to keep the space heating properly.

I haven't had any work done by them so I can't say how they are as a company but their employees are aggressive drivers. I just had one of their trucks cut me off on Dixie highway and then want to mean mug me like it was my fault. I followed him for miles up Dixie highway and he didn't use his blinker once. I hope it was just someone having an off day. Have a nice weekend.
