I’ve used this company twice now due to their speedy and professional service. The receptionist was extremely friendly, the technicians were both kind and knowledgeable and explained everything to a T. Their prices were comparable to the company I used in the past, Moat importantly I was able to get a same day appointment for both service calls, the first being one of the hottest days of the summer.

I have used this company a few times for my work and home and can say they are very honest company, the service techs did a thorough job in making sure the service and repair was done right.
And at a very fair price.
I highly would recommend them to family and friends.

This company is most professional I've ever seen and experienced. I searched them on Google back in 2009 and I had nothing but great experience with work, the results, the timing, availability, and professional work. The entire staff is great all around. Just recently I had two full ACs and furnaces replaced and it was done in ONE day. Great prices and many options to chose from.

I highly recommend this company. The techs are not only knowledgeable, but friendly and honest. I actually look forward to seeing them when we have an issue. If you are looking for a reputable heating and cooling company, definitely give them a call.

I'm really bummed that I'm writing this review because I really wanted to like this company their reviews looked very promising and Carla seemed very knowledgeable about the Bryant 90i secondary heat exchanger failure. But thats about all the positive things I can say. I set up an appointment to have my secondary heat exchanger replaced as well as the primary heat exchanger their pricing was far more attractive then other companies. I had them come out to my residence they flipped on the switch to my furnace seen that it was leaking and said "we are unable to complete the repair because there is a leak" I explained the leak is because when I had the inducer motor replaced during the summer the technician did not have the gasket to seal the inducer housing to the face plate. But when you replace the secondary heat exchanger the entire faceplate will be replaced solving the problem. The heating and cooling tech said the front office will call you. Carla calls and explains to me that the inducer motor is leaking and will need to be replaced. I explained that part is not even 6 months old and its impossible for it leak as it is a motor that rides on a shaft that spins a fan. And she goes you can replace it to the tune of 1200 plus the 800 for the secondary heat exchanger which would make the repair around 2,000 and her recommendations would be a new furnace at that point. I tried to explain there is a gasket behind the inducer motor that has failed and the problem will be solved with the repair and her response is we don't do banaid repair. Have the other company come out and replace the gasket then we will come back out to do the secondary heat exchanger. Also thats a service call of 150.00. Im trying to explain that my furnace problem is part of the problem you're fixing. After going back and forth and realizing they never came out to do the repair my furnace their goal was to sell me a new furnace or charge me a service calls going back and forth over the phone was completely a waste of my time and theirs. I called another company out they inspected my furnace and determined my leak was apart of the repair they were already completely. They replaced the secondary heat exchanger and it solved my problem their cost was more expensive than Heating Plus cooling but what the point of having attractive pricing if there is no intent in completing the job they were contracted to do. I'm not sure if there was a language barrier or what was causing the confusion but I think this whole situation was a headache for all parties. Long story short there are better companies in the area that actually want to complete repairs instead of try to sell you equipment you dont need.

We had our thermostat stop working. I called the company and they made a visit within an hour. Yaz was extremely professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also made some good suggestions. We are extremepy happy with the service. They charged us very decent amount. I would recommend them to anyone and we plan to use them again in future.

Ultra (and their employee, Yazeed, specifically) was recommended by someone whose opinion I trust, and they lived up to my high expectations: They were prompt, professional, reasonably priced and, most importantly, seemed honest. Given the positive experience, I’ve asked them to prepare an estimate to replace both my furnace and central A/C.

My air conditioning went out late Friday evening. I called and they answered the phone right away and even though they were booked for several weeks because of the heat wave upcoming they managed to get me in and get me fixed on Saturday late in the day worked until almost 10:00. I was looking to have my furnace and ac replaced and already had two quotes and had a third one scheduled. Ultra Climate Control Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job installing my new furnace. I had originally called them to get a second opinion late on a Friday evening. Yaz called me back immediately and put an appointment on the books. After coming out he took me through his inspection and gave me overview on why it was necessary to get a new furnace. He was much more thorough that the other company had been, was upfront about pricing and didn't try an upsell me on something I didn't need.

This was during the holiday season but he made sure to get everything installed quickly so i didn't have to worry about the old furnace going out. I would highly recommend Yaz and Ultra Heating and Cooling and plan to use them moving forward vs the more advertised companies out there.
