Reviews of local pros in Troy, Michigan

Amazing service! We woke up this morning to find that our heat wasn’t working. It’s 25 degrees outside and cold in the house. I called AJM at 6:15 am. Austin was here in 10 minutes and had diagnosed and fixed the problem by 6:45! Never had such good service.

Austin and his team are always 10/10. quick, timely, efficient, no fluff.

reasonably priced. he's the best kept secret in town.

This is coming from an eternal realist. he's the best, love him and his crew!

Oakland responded to my call immediately and came the same day to address AC unit that died. The issue was inspected, and a new unit was installed and running cold in under an hour! Thank you Oakland for your professional attention and willingness to fit me into your heavily scheduled day so my family and pets didn't need to be relocated or forced to suffer through the heat for days waiting for someone to come look at my unit and still make me wait another day to install. I will be referring all of my family and friends to you.

Austin is very professional. He made sure everything was hooked up properly. Thorough to the end. Very nice personality. I will be using him again. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the service provided by Austin and Steve. They were very friendly/easy to deal with and answered all my questions professionally. Their pricing was very fair, and the response times were outstanding. Would highly recommend AJM to all!

Austin and his crew have done countless of furnace and AC installs. He is always responsive, fairly priced, and does a great job. We recommend him whenever possible!

I recently had my 19 yr old furnace and AC unit replaced by Oakland heating and cooling. They had a brand that I liked and it was in stock as well. The total cost was well below the other quotes that I received, so I saved money also.

The installers, Steve and Ben were great. They were professional, courteous and very experienced. I really appreciate the the clean look they gave to the job with the straight lines and attention to detail like sealing the joints where the furnace meets the duct work with the proper tape and seeling the old holes in the wall.

They made a lot of trips up and down the basement steps, more than I care to do in a day, and were thorough in their cleanup and removal of the old equipment. I felt like Steve and Ben were doing a job as if it was their own home, and I appreciate them.

Thank you Oakland Heating and Cooling.

The furnace stopped working in one of my rentals and it was 18 degrees outside, so I needed the repair done quickly. AJM sent a technician to look at the problem and had it repaired within 24 hours. They are affordable, very professionals and responsive. It's always a pleasure working with them!

Austin was very responsive to my call and was to quick to diagnose the problem and fix it with very reasonable price. He provided me with an estimate on the phone which big companies don't do unless you pay them for a visit and then you are stuck with them. Very professional and friendly and was at my place in less than 15 minutes.

Austin was excellent. 5/5 recommend without hesitation. The first time turning the Furnance on in our new home and it was blowing cold air. I called several other companies recommend by google that say they have 24hr service, both gave me a 3 day wait time. Oakland heating and air conditioning saved us from some chilly nights!! Progressional, courteous and resonably priced. We will keep this card on a fridge just in case :)!!

Amazing work, came out and was so efficient, professional, explained everything. We were so stressed, but he really made our day. It was one of the coldest nights of the year and he was able to come out pretty late to help us out. HIGHLY recommend, we know who to call with any hvac issues in the future!

Do yourself a favor and hire Austin & his crew if you're looking for excellent advice, good prices and great work. Used AJM Heating & Cooling on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. Most importantly, they come out when they say they will and don't ever make you wait. Also super fast responses.
