Thank you so much for your expert service!! Our air conditioning went out today (in 90 degree stormy weather!). Your technician worked in the rain with an umbrella over him and fixed the electrical problem almost in the dark in less than an hour!! I don’t usually write reviews but I had to let you know what a great employee you have!

I purchased a unit from Yaz almost two years to the day when it just went out. I thought maybe I didn't notice when, but the weather said otherwise. So that means I called Ultra on Saturday four hours after zero hour. Yaz picked up and we came up with a reasonable time widow. His tech Al showed up @ 9AM. Al pretty quickly diagnosed the issue, which sounds like it was caused by a power surge (I'm an engineer, I can say that). He said they normally charge 245 (295? I dont remember), but they wouldn't be charging me
. IMHO, there' s a lot to unpack here and I will try to be brief.
1st, @ 50,000 feet. I have a saying so many suppliers can look like rock stars when they do a sweet job. It is when things go wrong you find out who you are really dealing with. Check this box.
2nd, the legal, ethical kind of stuff. I had written into my contract 1 year no charge labor. We are clearly out of that zone two years later. I am not sure a power surge is something that is covered under the warranty anyway. Check this box
3rd, zoom into ground level. So, a wire in the burned up. The block it attached to was burnt and got replaced. They are parts that are purchased and in the truck. No charge. I don't have a box for this.
4th, the service charge price. Even if I had to pay 2--something, anywhere else is closer to 3 something I my searches.
5th, honorable mention, the tech. It was an electrical issue which was quickly identified by Al. The work was performed in a careful manner. I say this because Al is pretty young. My experience with HVAC pros, that kinda freaked me out, being mostly oldheads. I gotta say won me over.
Anyway if you got the bottom of this review your better than me. It's all good info and even more not shown.

Yaz was incredibly helpful! I had called a different HVAC company that had previously serviced us, and I explained to him that our AC was working but not cold enough. He automatically told me that I needed to replace my AC unit entirely and that it would cost me $7500. I thought that was a little strange considering this guy hadn’t even come by my house yet to investigate the problem. So I decided to call this company and get a second opinion. Thank goodness for that! Yaz Came out the very next day and told us One of the parts just needed to be replaced and it would only be $235. He replaced it in less than an hour, and saved us thousands of dollars! I cannot thank you enough, especially since we are replacing our roof soon. I was having some anxiety about spending another few thousand based on what the other HVAC company had mentioned. Thank you so much for helping us and putting us at ease!

Called at 6 pm and was there by 7:50. Of course, middle of heat wave and unit stops working. He was more than accommodating to come take a look and diagnose the problem. I was told I’d be his last stop and would arrive between 8-9 pm. Took only minutes to diagnose the problem. It was the capacitor . This is what great business practice looks like. The absolute epitome of how, as a business owner, you treat your customers. So professional, knowledgeable, honest and so incredibly reasonable priced. Look no further if you need heating/cooling repair. I would give 10 stars if I could! Will be using Ultra for all of my heating and cooling needs from here on out.

The service was prompt, polite, and reasonable. Al was very pleasant, the cost was fair, and my issue was addressed and resolved 24 hours after I inquired about their services. I would return to this business again if I ever had further HVAC needs.

Had some AC problems during a nice hot day and Yaz was out the same day to check sizing for a replacement I requested. Awesome pricing on a new unit and Yaz and the team were out quickly to set everything up. Very knowledgable, dedicated guys, and I highly recommend them.

The team was responsive within the same day of my inquiry and had a tech on-site in less than 24 hours. Our tech was on time, polite and fixed our issue quickly and accurately. I would highly recommend using their services!

Ultimate climate replaced all of the venting for our gas furnace. The cap was missing for sometime. They recommended great person to fix the roof vent and then completed the rusted venting material. They sid a great job at a great price. I became a yearly maintenance customer.

Ultra Climate Control was wonderful. Of course my AC would quit on the hottest day of the year. They came out the next day and were very speedy at getting my AC unit back up and running. Also very affordable with the part that was needed. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

had some issues with her heat Being that it's winter there, that is a bit of a problem. I live in Vegas, my attempt to find any company that could help her same day, Was meant with appointments days out What sense does that make when your heat goes out in the dead of winter? Horrible business practice if you ask me. I contacted this business and thev went out same day, and fixed my mother's heating concern. THIS is how things should be done. Ultra Climate Control installed our AC unit several years ago and because we were so pleased with their service, we hired them to fix our problematic furnace. Yaz responded quickly, provided us with a text reminder and sent a text the day of service letting us know he was on his way. He also provided a two-hour arrival window which is a bonus. Yaz was friendly, professional and respectful of our property. The furnace was fixed in a timely manner which in the winter is a very good thing. Highly recommend Ultra Climate Control for any of your heating and cooling issues. You won’t be disappointed.

Austin came and fixed our AC same day. He was very thorough and gave the best price compared to everyone in the Oakland County market!

Austin saved us a bunch as I was ready to go with another company. He was able to do the install the same day we called when everyone else wasn’t able. He is worth the call!

AJM Heating and Cooling was incredibly responsive when we had a heating emergency. They came out right away, helped figure out the issue, and were incredibly helpful and kind. I would hire them again in an instant!

Oakland HVAC was at our job same day, on a weekend.....they are the best! responsive, great work, fair pricing..... wouldn't use anyone else.

The guy installed an AC unit and left wires from the AC unit all over the place. He placed it in and left. He incorrectly told me it was not necessary to change the coil in the basement. By placing AC unit in and not changing coil and Freon the incorrect Freon got into the AC unit. Very poor. I don't trust this guy. I had to call another company to drain Freon from AC unit, change coil, clear Freon from coil, and then recharge entire system with correct Freon. He just wanted to do quick incorrect work for a buck. Avoid this business.

Tech showed up 10 minutes after my call and repaired the furnace within an hour. Very happy with the service and will def. use AJM Heating and Cooling again!
