Great service, I expected to wait for days since it is 90° outside currently but Austin was able to come and repair our air conditioning fan the next day after my call. I would highly recommend AJM heating and cooling.

I called at 6:30 a.m., but there was no answer. I did not leave a message since I needed to have my furnace fixed asap. I received a text right before I had time to look up another repair company, asking me if I needed a repair. I texted him my symptoms, and he said that sounds like this and said he could be here in 20 minutes. I asked how much he gave me an estimate and showed up in 20 minutes. It was what he thought, and had it fixed in less than an hour. Answered all my questions and was friendly. He also accepted Venmo, which was great.

I’ve used a couple companies in the past for some HVAC work at my properties. Austin and the team were, by far, the most professional. Great price, timely quality install and great communication throughout the entire project. Highly recommend.

Austin was very responsive to all of my inquiries, and Steve, our technician was GREAT! He arrived on time, was efficient and very nice. He answered all of our questions and got things back to normal in record time. I would DEFINITELY use their services again. Would give 10 stars if I could. :)

Our air conditioning unit stopped working in the evening of a 90-degree day. I called AJM Heating and Cooling late the next morning (another 90-degree day) after not getting a call back from my usual company after over an hour. Austin was here within about 45 minutes and had fixed the issue within probably another 45. The motor had stopped working and he noted that our unit is from the 90s and should’ve been replaced a long time ago, but didn’t push for me to do it right then. Two things I really appreciate from these types of companies are quick availability in urgent situations like this and not pushing the sale of expensive products on me (I just cannot afford even the financing at this time), so I’ll definitely be using them in the future. I know nothing about the cost of HVAC parts, but Google leads me to believe the price was fair as well :)

On what may have been the hottest day of the summer our a/c went out. I called early morning and Austin was able to come out shortly after to fix our a/c and provide much needed relief for our family. Very thankful for the professional work! Would definitely recommend this company and would for sure use again if needed!

Austin was professional and very responsive. My AC went down and I received a quote and full installation within 5 hours. I could not recommend this company enough. Great value and amazing customer service.

Austin gave me an estimated time of arrival and was on time. Repaired or replaced 3 different issues. Made sure all was well. Did not overcharge. Accepted a personal check and was out the door. I wont hesitate to call AJM again.

Austin was very professional and arrived right when he said he would. He was quick to assess the issue I was having and came prepared with the parts already stocked in his truck. He was in and out very quickly after confirming that the issue was in fact solved and the price was reasonable for the work and parts that were required. I hope I don't need his services again any time soon, but if I do I will be calling him first!

Austin was incredible. Came out next day after reaching out to him. Removed and disposed of my old unit and installed the new unit in less than an hour. Impressed with the responsiveness and the overall affordability of the service. Cannot recommend this company and Austin enough for their work.

I needed my AC unit repaired today and was referred to AJM by a coworker. They were the only company that was able to come same day. Austin came a few hours after I called and was able to fix my AC quickly, and for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend their services.

What an incredible company! Austin the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me updated on when he would be available to work on my unit. As soon as he got to my house he went straight to work. He also provided me with information on how to keep my AC unit running smoothly. I can't say enough thing about this company but to top it all off you can't beat his prices especially in this crazy economy. Hands down call AJM first before calling a big box company that just wants money.

AJM is very professional, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Our pool heater wasn’t working and Austin came out the same day I made the call. Once the new pool heater arrived, he came over the same day to install it. He did a thorough clean up and removal of the old equipment and we couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend this company!

Austin is awesome. Our ac unit decided to die on the hottest day of the year. We decided to install a new furnace and get a better deal by buying both a furnace and ac unit. Austin came out on a Friday night, had the bid ready on Saturday afternoon. Reviewed it with us on Sunday. We went with him over three other companies. Showed up early, and got the installation done ahead of schedule. Once the installation was complete he filled out all the rebate info and warranty info and submitted it (rather than leaving us to do it).

Heat was out at my mom’s house on a Sunday and I called Austin. He traveled to the house, replaced a broken part and had heat restored within 45 minutes from the time I called. Awesome service.

I have been a home owner for almost 50 years. I usually call a different company every time I need work done, because I have yet to find a company that I really like. Until today. AJM Heating & Cooling is the absolute best. They are now the only company I will call for my heating and cooling needs. They were prompt, found the problem right away, and fixed the issue in no time at all. And at a great price. WE HAVE HEAT!!!
