Excellent experience from start to finish. Nathan did a great job visiting our Brooklawn home to measure and calculate the exact heating and cooling BTUs needed for the sunroom, taking his time to ensure the right mini-split size and a fair price.

Grant and Lee completed the installation professionally — efficient, precise, and clean. Logan also did an excellent job running the 240V line with minimal ceiling disruption (only three tiles removed, all perfectly replaced).

Everything works flawlessly, and the whole process was smooth and well-coordinated. Highly recommended team!

16 year old motor making terrible noise.
Technician analyzed problem , quoted replacement estimate , returned and replaced with original Bryant upgraded part and 1 year warranty.

Showed up on time. Respectful of my time and home. Didn’t have the part and had to reschedule. We have no heat but an 8-9AM appointment for the next day should solve the problem ( we hope).

Andrew was great. He was up front about everything and knee what the problem most likely was right away. He kept us in the loop the whole time. They were very quick and professional.

Another thing that I really appreciated was they send a picture of who will be coming out. If you are a woman home alone that is such an amazing safety thing for us.

Overall I highly recommended.

The thermocouple went bad on my furnace. After realizing I had no heat, I called Royal Oak Heating at 8 AM the following morning. Jacob was at my house, repaired, and cleaned my furnace within 2 hours of my initial call. Jacob was great! He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent service all around from Royal Oak heating, cooling, electrical & plumbing! Setting up the appointment was easy, received text reminder the day of, as well a call to let us know our technician Carl Brune is on the way. Carl was super professional, personable, and outstanding at fixing our furnace issue. He was able to point out the problem and got right to work. Affordable cost, quick turnaround, pleasant service and prompt response time. I now feel more at ease heading into the cold holiday weekend. I will definitely be using their services again in the future as well as recommending them to friends and family.

Tobin and Mason were great at installing my new furnace, humidifier, and AC coil. They approached the job in a professional manner, worked efficiently, and made sure to walk me through everything they did and why they did it. Our initial inspection/estimation visit with Bryan was excellent. Bryan is knowledgeable, personable and professional. He efficiently assessed our situation and then thoroughly and patiently discussed his recommendations.
Jacob also did an excellent job of providing a courtesy second opinion visit to determine if our furnace is safe to use. He worked quickly and gave us needed feedback. Jacob is also personable, professional and a pleasure to meet.
No other services were provided today.

Mike and Lennox installed a new hot water tank and 2 toilets with bidets. They worked efficiently and professionally but we also enjoyed
pleasant conversation. We really appreciated that Mike went the extra mile to find what would work in our older home with some measurement issues.
Monica was also great in with the setting up our appointments and inspections. Very reliable.

We recently had our electrical work completed and could not be more satisfied. Gage and Lucas were professional, punctual and thorough from start to finish. Every detail was handled with care, and the workmanship was truly excellent. They communicated clearly, respected our home, and ensured everything was completed safely and up to code. I had a Generac generator installed. Royal Oak Heating and Cooling stayed in contact throughout the whole process. They were readily available for any questions we had. Everyone that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The installation team arrived on time and went above and beyond. They worked consistently through the whole day in the freezing cold and snow! Excellent job! We are very happy with the work they did and appreciate their dedication. I give them 5 stars all day!!

I had a copper pipe fail on my baseboard heating system during an extremely cold day and needed help fast. After calling around, I found Royal Oak Heating, Cooling & Electrical—and I’m very glad I did. Jason was the technician who came out, and he was outstanding: highly skilled, efficient, professional, and extremely thorough. He repaired the pipe, properly bled the air from the heating system, and had everything up and running quickly. Excellent service from start to finish. Many thanks to Jason and the entire team. We’ve been using ROHC&E for a very long time, and have always been happy with them handling the house heating and cooling.

We neglected to consider them when some lights and outlets stopped working, but luckily the first place we called couldn’t get out for several days.

My father was very happy with the work that Dan did. He said he was nice, professional and methodical in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He had everything fixed the same day, and the charge was very fair.

Note:

- the initial fee to come out was the lowest of three companies we contacted.

- In the past, we had an issue with our furnace that had been installed a few years earlier. Though we weren’t sure that it was the fault of anyone from the Royal Oak Heating Cooling and Electric, when it came time to pay, the tech said he couldn’t charge us as it was likely due to a problem stemming from maintenance we had done earlier in the year.

- Another company we called wanted to perform an assessment on the whole electrical system. While I’m sure it’s not a bad idea, we were happy that Dan was able to check things out and only fix what needed fixing.

I strongly recommend them for heating, cooling and electrical needs.
