SAS has done a lot of work in my house from 2017.Great service, professional, lifetime warranty and Yes they do honor that! I even had the chance to meet the owner Steve. He is honest and doesn’t push his services just to sell his product. Highly recommended everyone to call SAS for your basement leaks and waterproofing.

The owner Steve was great until I had an issue with the work his guy did. I couldn’t get Steve to talk with me. He kept sending me to the worker. After the water proofing my chimney they put some on the grass and killed it. Didn’t see him do it put it started dying a few days after the job. I have not put fertilizer on my grass since early June and this happened in late august. The worker was mad because I complained that it was taking to long to get back to redoing the job that wasn’t done right in the first place. I really didn’t deserve this. I’m the kind of guy that gives extra to someone that does a good job. I see they have a lot of great reviews so I’m not telling anyone not to use them but I was done wrong.

We enlisted SAS Waterproofing to eliminate water from "seeping" into the basement of a family member. Water was leaking into the foundation thru multiple walls of the basement. I had used SAS Waterproofing in the past => and enlisted them to correct the current property. The quality of their work & their professionalism is second to none!!!! Even the Royal Oak city inspector was impressed and commented on what a "tight job" they had done. The guarantee is transferrable!!! SAS is a top-notch company!!!!

So glad we hired SAS! They were fantastic and did an excellent job with our basement waterproofing. They did what they said they were going to do in the time frame they promised and were very professional. They were more than fair with the price for the job and very conscientious with our home and property. They cleaned up after themselves and provided a lifetime warranty. The work they do is really hard labor and they are experts. They exceeded our expectations on so many levels. We highly recommend them and know other family members who have used them were also very satisfied. We have piece of mind now with our basement and know we won’t have any problems going forward.

I was experiencing a water problem in my basement and did an AI search to determine which company to use. SAS was the first company recommended. They quickly provided and estimate. They were professional, knowledgeable and made sure everything was clean and protected. I highly recommend SAS for your waterproofing needs.

Came out right away did a great job, for the estimate once there the crew found some other issues that needed to be addressed, they were fixed and everything seems dry. I highly recommend SAS.

Steve came by to give us a second opinion on some work we were quoted by another company. The company, which had previously done a foundational fix years ago, quoted us for loads of additional work, saying the issue had outgrown the fix.

Steve said that our issue was simply cracked concrete coating, and not an actual problem that needed further foundational fixes. It was refreshing to get such direct honesty, and not a constant upsell. SAS also performed services for my grandma's old home, and fixed water in her basement when nobody else could.

We had SAS come out to our home and give us a quote for waterproofing our basement. They were very informative and had very competitive pricing. Two days to complete, second day the city inspector came out and blessed their work. Second day the cement went in. Very pleased with everything. Great team. Highly recommended!! I don’t have any pictures with the new cement. It looks great.

I went in to have a key remade, and David used the new machine to create a new key for me. He was very helpful and accommodating. Everyone else on staff that I passed was also very helpful and friendly.

Sometimes they'll even give tips on how to install things properly and easily. I will Definitely recommend this location to everyone.

I loved my sales associate Dean in flooring Warren MI. Dean took the time and patience to help two senior citizens that didn't know anything about flooring. We bought the wrong flooring returned it, he talked to my floor installer and got me right. Dean didn't have all the tiles/planks I needed so he called Roseville store and got us together.
