Taylor cleans bi-weekly and she is the best at what she does. She has been cleaning my house for almost 2 years. I never have to worry about everything being clean, it just is. Metro Maids is top notch service, Jennifer (the owner) is very easy to work with.

I have been a customer of Metro Maids for many years.Kim has been cleaning for me for several years. My home smells good and sparkles thanks to Kim.I look forward to her visits and so does my dog. She smiles, upon greeting me, and is very pleasant to have in my house.I like that Kim is self directed; knows what to do and does an excellent job of cleaning my home. No detail is left undone.Kim is a true professional who has wonderful work habits and takes pride in everything she does. If I could give 10 stars I would. I call Jennifer, the Boss Lady, in my contacts. She works around my time schedule and sometimes that is challenging. Metro Maids is the kind of company you want to work for you. Thanks Kim and Jennifer for taking good care of my 🏡home.

Another excellent day with Kristen cleaning Mom's house. She is amazing....Mama is always so happy. Kristen is excellent with making sure she gets all the main places too...that mom looks at !!! She's very friendly and Courteous. She has been with us the past few years and we are so glad!! Happy we joined the Metro Maids !!

We have been using Metro Maids for a while now. Erin is FABULOUS!! She always goes the extra mile to make sure every thing is cleaned the proper way. Erin is very sweet and friendly. She is also very good with pets and children. I have used other cleaning services in the past and Erin is one of the most professional, detailed and all around a wonderful person!

Definitely recommend Metro Maids! Erin has cleaned my house for over 6 months now. SHE IS AMAZING! She is so friendly & always does a great job! Erin will ask if there are specific areas to pay extra attention to. So glad I found her!

Both girls were so professional and did such a great job for us. We had a BIG deep cleaning job for them after letting things get away from us while I was laid up after surgery and then a broken leg. My house is completely reset! They paid attention to every detail, even the ones I hadn’t thought of. I cannot recommend Metro Maids enough!

Our Metro Maid Sam is the best. She takes the time to get that deep cleaning done even when we don't specify it. She is very personable and always has time to give my crazy dogs attention. She always on time and just an over all good person. I would definitely recommend her, and Metro maids to anyone.

01/2026 Update: I’m still with Metro Maids because they’re excellent. Kristen does a great job for me and never makes me feel funny about special cleaning requests. Many times people switch companies after a while, but I’m still with Metro Maids because of Kristen’s work and because of the organized office staff. Great communication!

02/2024 Update: Kristen is excellent! Professional and friendly - she pays attention to details. I like that Metro Maids has the same team each week but, if they send a new team, it’s good to know that each are top notch.

09/2023: My cabinets are so clean, it’s really happily-shocking to me, if that’s a word lol. They even noticed and cleaned my front and garage doors and doorknobs. I’ve been looking past that grime for so long, I am stunned at how nice and clean they look. Excellent work throughout the house.

The team did a great job on a full home/turn key cleaning. We needed some help before moving into a home, and this saved my family significant time and stress. Appreciate the prompt service and responsiveness!!!!

We have had the absolute best experience with Jennifer and her amazing team!! I was overwhelmed with my personal life and it showed in in our home. During our first cleaning, the staff was wonderful with giving me extremely helpful cleaning tips and recommended products that made my appliances shine!! I felt so much more relaxed and calm when they finished as my home was finally in a state I needed it to be in. Jennifer did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. She's also a very nice person. A great combination of high competence, professionalism, and responsiveness. In addition to appreciating how clean she left my rental house, I was impressed by her taking and then sending me a number of before and after photographs. I live in Virginia and so couldn't be there in person, which made her photos especially helpful. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I was getting ready to move into my new home in St. Clair Shores and with all the packing and moving details, I realized that I just didn’t have the energy to thoroughly clean the house before we moved in. I hired Metro Maids to do the job and boy did they do the job. They had different packages for me to choose from and I chose the most comprehensive one. Inside cabinets and appliances were spotless when they finished. Windows and sills and tracks were meticulously cleaned. They didn’t miss a single detail. Even if I had spent days or weeks doing it myself , I would never have gotten it that clean. Oh, did I mention it was pretty grungy when I bought it?

I’m a Real Estate agent and use their services to make sure my listings are nice and clean before hitting the market. They do an amazing job, offer any combination of services, at a competitive rate. It’s been a tremendous benefit to my business and my clients. Highly recommend!

This company is wonderful. They were able to take me on days before my at home wedding. The house was immaculate, and it gave us peace of mind on our big day. We could not recommend them enough.

Metro Maids did a terrific job getting our house sparkling clean! A team of 5 worked 7 hours cleaning 3 baths, 2 kitchens, 3 bedrooms and a family room and office, including hardwood flooring throughout. In the basement, they mopped 1,000 sq. ft. of ceramic tile flooring and left behind a sparking washer, dryer and laundry tub. We're ready for company!
