Metro Maids does a wonderful job cleaning my house and a special shout out to my monthly cleaner Kristen 5 stars

This was my 1st time using Metro Maids. I couldn't be more pleased with this company. I called and left a voicemail. The owner called me back within a few hours, made an appointment to meet me the following day to see what I needed done and provide a quote for the job. I hired them to clean living room walls and ceiling that were dirty with nicotine. Amber and Brittany arrived on time, they were very nice and did an amazing job, I was so happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Metro Maids.

I never write reviews, but my experience with Sarah for almost a year now has been exceptional. As a working mom of two young children and very high cleaning standards, Sarah's bi-weekly services have been an absolutely lifesaver. I've used multiple cleaning services in the past and had come to the disappointing conclusion that I just have to do a deeper clean after the initial clean from any cleaning service. Not the case with Sarah! She takes real pride and genuine responsibility in organizing and cleaning every spot in my home. She is detail oriented and sometimes even researches specific cleaning solutions for particularly difficult areas of my home. She communicates very well and asks for feedback and she's a joy! To top it off, she is very reliable, she's supported by a great team at Metro Maids, and the rates are very competitive. It is always SO very nice to see my home after Sarah is there. Thank you Sarah and Metro Maids!

I met Jennifer & her crew this past week at a photography shoot. This company is the real deal. Professional, Clean, Fast and on-point! The owner even comes to check on her projects before the crew leaves. That's really important and shows that she cares about her clients. The crew is super friendly and professional.
