Really really rude front desk customer service. Pretty much hung up on me, while requesting a quote.

I agree, the front desk or whoever answer the phone calls is really rude, asks minimal questions, does not explain well, is rushed, and gives you an overpriced quote based on very little information.

Their van driver almost ran me off the road

I was highly impressed with the quality of the cleaning they did on my restaurant exhaust system, and have scheduled my next cleaning with them soon.

I spoke to Jim who was incredibly helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend Sani-Vac. I had called Ductz right before them and my experience with Ductz was not good. Keep up the great work.

John Line running a great company and is dedicated to help you out, taking care of your dirtiest job. LOL But seriously you don't keep a business going for over 40 years without good help & professional service. Great job John and thanks!

They came on a timely basis. They did a great job cleaning it and ensuring it was safe for future fires. They didn't over charge either.

Initial visit to determine scope of work to clean chimney (de glazing, joint repair, etc). Individual who did the inspection was friendly, professional and answered all my questions

Dr sweep was very timely on my appointment date and Ron was very detailed on letting me know the process for cleaning my fireplace
