Great experience. Will answered all my questions and I had a lot! Had chimney cleaned and some issues dealt with. Addressed safety concerns and gave full and complete estimate with no hidden items. And top of it he is very personable and kind.

They got my fireplace working and showed me how to use it! I purchased the home with this fireplace and did not know if it was safe or how to turn it on. Art of Stone inspected the gas lines and showed me how to light the pilot.

Had Will and his team do a maintenance check on our gas fireplace. He explained good and bad. Will is very knowledgeable and experienced. We are enjoying our fireplace after 2 years of not using it. I'll recommend Art of Stone to friends and family!

I scheduled a service for November 2025. My daughter ended up needing surgery so this appointment slipped my mind, the morning of their technician texted to ask if i could let them come early, forgetting entirely that i scheduled this i asked if i could cancel/ reschedule and the attached texts were from the technician. I called the office and reported this along with offering to pay a cancellation fee as it was my fault i forgot to cancel to which the woman who answered the phone assured me it was not a huge a deal and was very kind. But this is unacceptable for a technician to speak to a customer in anyway like this!

Very positive experience with Art of Stone Masonry and Fireplace. Their customer service was great! They explained what to expect over the phone then came out and fixed the problem that two other companies could not. They even cleaned the fireplace and glass and made it look like new. Highly recommend them!

Will came out today did a chimney cap install. He was very knowledgeable and courteous did a good job. I feel kind of bad because it was raining today and it started lightning and thundering while he was on the roof But he continued working and got the job done. I’m very grateful and thankful for him. I would definitely Refer this company to family and friends and I also have more work for this company when it becomes available

Art of Stone was phenomenal servicing our chimney and fireplace. The coordinator Amanda was incredibly kind, respectful and wonderful to communicate with to setup our appointment. She was also able to get our appointment bumped up by several days due to a cancelation. Will and Mitch were massively professional, courteous and provided us with several options to navigate the repair of our fireplace. Unfortunately due to our unit being a prefabricated unit, they were unable to fix the fireplace. Will provided several options to ameliorate the situation in future. They even but a new chimney cap on for an spectacularly reasonable rate. I never felt like Will or Mitch was trying to up sell us on anything. Just pure and implicit honesty. This is extremely rare for companies to show this level of courtesy and candor. If you're a homeowner looking for a company to provide excellent service for your chimney and fireplace, then look no further.

Will and his coworker did an AMAZING job with our chimney rebuild. They did a stone veneer because it wasn’t possible to match the original brick to our home and it turned out beautiful. You could just tell his commitment to quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Will and Eddie came to do a tune-up and diagnosed why my gas fireplace wasn’t working. They were very professional, kept my space clean, wore footies (thanks!) and were so efficient. After horror stories with the last company I used, I will definitely be using them and referring them in the future!

We hired Art of Stone to inspect the fireplace and chimney in our new home. The gas fireplace had not been used in ~2 years, and we weren't sure the condition. Will and his crew were prompt, clean and courteous. Will showed me where our existing chimney was basically falling apart (yay old homes!), and explained how he could rebuild it using reclaimed brick that would match the original.

He was very thorough in tracing the gas lines through the property to ensure there were no leaks anywhere, and getting gas restored to the fireplace. He also showed me where there were cracks on the fireplace refectory panels, and sealed them to prevent damage. His crew even vacuumed the gas logs so we weren't burning off dust when we lit the fire.

Very highly recommend. We hope to use them in the spring to rebuild our chimney.

Will came out to clean and inspect my fireplace which hadn’t been used in decades.
Service was prompt, thorough, and he was respectful of my home. He replaced the caps on the top of the chimney as well and the pricing was fair.
Pricing was transparent and they did a great job! We’ll be calling them again for future needs.

I had a great experience with Art of Stone Masonry & Fireplace. Will came out to sweep the chimney and did a full inspection of the tiles, bricks, and crown. He also pointed out a few small cracks that needed a quick repair to keep everything safe and contained, and installed a new cap for me.

They showed up right on time—even with 4 inches of snow that morning—which I really appreciated. Will was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything so I understood what he was seeing. Overall, a solid experience and I’d definitely use them again.

I was lucky to find The Art of Stone Masonry & Fireplace for a chimney inspection and sweep and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, everything was professional, thorough, and genuinely caring – all at an incredibly affordable price. The technicians, Will and Mitch, were absolutely phenomenal. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and truly went above and beyond what I expected. Mitch, in particular, took the time to walk me through everything he found, explaining it in clear, easy-to-understand terms. He pointed out some corrosion on the refractory plates and recommended using high-heat paint to slow it down. Mitch told me I could do it myself or he could do it for me today. I chose to have Mitch paint it. Mitch also noticed the fireplace screen was in very bad shape. He carefully removed it, and guided me on where to find a quality replacement. It's rare to find a company where the team is not only skilled but also patient and dedicated to educating the homeowner, while keeping their services so reasonably priced. Will and Mitch made the whole process stress-free and left everything spotless. I highly recommend The Art of Stone Masonry to anyone needing chimney work.
