Rob is the tech who came out as part of their "assessment/clean" service. Though he was professional, friendly, and gave good tips regarding fireplace management/safety...I can't believe this company charges $270 for this charge. It's stipulated that if the chimney does not pass inspection, no cleaning will be done. After taking a couple of photos with an ipad and a flashlight from inside our house, we received a quote of $15,000 to get the chimney repairs done/updated. Paying $270 for what was a quick look up from the ground outside, and quick snaps of inside...I can't believe they would have that type of accurate quote. The fact that they feel okay charging customers that much money just to essentially not do anything to their chimney and then tell them how much more to pay...is sick. I was also supposed to receive those photos taken, and after asking Rob himself as well as Carrie, I have yet to receive anything back. Go elsewhere unless you literally want to throw your money away and still not have a functioning chimney.

Dr. Sweep did an excellent job on my chimney. They were on time, professional, and explained everything clearly. The cleaning was thorough, and they made sure to protect my home from any mess. They also handled some minor repairs quickly and showed me before-and-after photos. Overall, great service! Highly recommend them and will use them again!

Daryl and Jordan were a godsend, we had birds living in our vents and they came out promptly the same day we called, the job was more involved then anticipated and we had to go in via the attic, but they knew exactly what they were doing and made us look like a piece of cake. While here we also had them clean the dryer vent, only to find out that it was blowing air in the attic, they took care of that as well with efficiency. They were reasonably priced, honest, and respectful to the surroundings!!

Definitely saving Royal extreme cleans number for future hvac and duct cleaning. Customer for life!!

I was disappointed in the fact that I was having this company clean my chimney. The person inspects the chimney before starting, top and bottom. He does the cleaning and afterwards tells me I need to replace the frame and fue. He inspected this before doing the cleaning, I paid 185 for the cleaning that I could have put to the frame and fuel.

They came on time. Called me 5 minutes before they arrived. Very friendly professional and funny. Great job!!! Thanks to Daryl and Jessica. Best team. I highly recommend this company.

The best work and customer service I have received in a long long time! If you need a masonry, brick, vent, furnace, chimney repair/cleaning guy you just found one. The selfish part of me doesn't want to share because he is already really popular and you can see why... fair prices, and shows up when he says he will!!! Walks you through everything and talks to you honestly.

Did a great job cleaning out our furnace duct from a bird’s nest. Also found some sealing issues on our chimney that he was able to fix. Great response time, and customer service, inside the office and out.

Royal Extreme Clean did my air ducts and they did a amazing job, I recommend them if you need your air ducts cleaned,

First want to say the cleaning and the fee for my chimney was very low and good. Was told I needed a top liner replaced otherwise I would find my cap somewhere. They canceled the appointment due to it being cold but they came a different day unannounced while I was in canada. When I came home I found my cap by my garage and tons of water filled up in my fireplace and my carpet and had to get it cleaned. Cap was damaged. Tried calling to voice my opinion and also still pay but no call back or answer.

So very irritating! I booked an appointment with Royal Extreme Clean to have them look at my leaking chimney and I was excited due to all the positive reviews. Due to availability the appointment was made a few weeks out. We are doing an attic project and getting our chimney fixed was the rate limiting step. We never received a reminder call the day before but thought nothing of it. The day came for them to come out and inspect and the inspector never showed. No call, no message. Every time I called them it rang and went to voicemail. So disappointed.

Excellent service. Needed a chimney inspection since I am selling my home. Daryl was very knowlegable and looked at everything. Said everything was in good shape and that I did not even need a cleaning. Even fixed my chimney cover when he was up on the roof from when a tree branch had hit it years ago. Highly recommend!

Darryl is a great representative for your company. I was told that they would be arriving between 9 and 10am to service my furnace. At 10am exactly, the truck was in front of my house. I mentioned to Darryl(service tech) how punctual he was. He said that he could of come earlier, but he knew from the info I had given them that I worked at night, so he held off until 10. How impressive in this day and age!!! He skillfully did the tune-up in a very reasonable amount of time which included a curve-ball that he diagnosed and cured. Great service and attitude all around from this company. Top recommendation. By the way my Great Dane (Lola) loved him. He has a clip of his pit-bull being chased by rabbit!! Ha!

The guys were just here to take a look at our fireplace - they gave it a thumbs up and took off the fireplace screen for us. Fast response to a request for service - some of the best Customer Service I've had in MI. We'll be using this company from now on for all duct and fireplace needs.
