Everyone at The Guy is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and do a great job on weekly lawn care, weeding, and maintenance as well as beginning and end of season cleanups and mulch projects. Appreciate all they do!

We hired The Guy Outdoor Services to reconstruct our existing koi pond which needed an entire overhaul. Rob & Matt did an amazing job, taking our leaky, unattractive pond and rebuilding it into a crystal clear vision of absolute beauty. The fish were transferred back and I can see them again!! Thank you guys for your hard work and all that helped with making our vision become reality, we love it!!!

I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the service. Not only is there property damage that I found, but I was told I would receive my refund on over charge. Absolute total scam. The cuts were suppose to be 40.00 I was constantly charged over 60.00 every week. The 100.00 refund was just enough in my opinion and I need some answers ASAP.

They installed my first pond 26 years ago and it continued to be a wonderful pond those 26 years. However, I thought it was time to freshen it up a bit, and one can always trust The Guy Outdoor Services. The new pond they created for me is outstanding. They are easy to work with and I cannot say enough good things about their crew. I was even a bit sorry, when the job was done. Also, their pricing is very reasonable.

From my first inquiry with Sam in office to end result, Im very satisfied with The Guy Outdoor Services. Billy the estimator was professional and answered all my questions. A grub problem took out our previous lawn and he informed us how to spray ourselves to prepare for sod.
Adam our installer arrived on time introducing himself then excavated day one in just a few hours. Day two he layed the sod and it looks great! He was respectful of neighboring driveways and property, sweeping/hosing it all away. In addition to the standard after-care info he gave, he answered all questions. My husband was out of town and he took the time for his questions as well on my phone.
I cant say enough how it matters to have the same person, a human, actually answering the phone! Sam was on top of everything whether thru text, email or phone. I had another company tell me for two months they would come by for an estimate which they never did. I found The Guy in a Facebook ad and so glad I did! The entire process was more affordable then we anticipated. 👍👍👍

They do great work! The whole team from planning to the execution was done very well & professionally. We needed a second driveway added at our house that we were able to park a camper and boat on. The driveway came out amazing! We also needed waterproofing done on the exterior and they were able to help get that taken care of as well! Very grateful to have worked with such a great team!

There are better residential landscapers that don't overcharge the customer, don't send angry crews, and don't use substandard planting methods or material.

Had an appointment for an estimate. Gave Matt 10 extra minutes for pothole delays. I called and was told I didn't have an appointment. Why is finding a decent landscaping company so damn hard?????

BUYER BEWARE!!!! The owner of this company keeps your stomach in knots. He'll tell you they are coming and they never do. They don't return phone calls. They installed 5 12 foot arbor vitaes for us and 2 of them turned totally brown at the top and he would do nothing about it even though it was only 3 months from installation. We watered them like crazy and 2 of them died anyway.
USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

Horrible driving. They'll beep at you as your being courteous to let others into the lane during construction while the light is red. Why beep and where the heck are you going if theres a red light? From the reviews the work is just as shotty as the driving..
