Hard working and did an excellent job. Once water was removed, they were able to restore the property. Would recommend to others and use again!!!

Make sure you are home when they are there if you use them for any type of flooding for a basement.
They will charge you for stuff they didn’t even do and try to get your money for a service not done well.

Would not recommend to ANYONE.

Marco, Angelo and crew did a fantastic job getting my basement cleaned up after a drain line back-up that flooded my basement. They were very professional, polite and neat. Marco continuously check in with me to make sure the job was going to my satisfaction. Angelo the crew supervisor always explained the steps of the process to me. They laid down tarps and plastic to protect flooring and carpet when bringing equipment. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone. A big thumbs up to On-Site Specialty Cleaning and Restoration.

Moving was so smooth today thanks to the help of Jacob, German and Jaeret. All of the furniture was wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap and showed up exactly the way we left it before. Everything was unpacked carefully and moved exactly where we wanted it in the house. They took care of unpacking the entire China cabinet and even moved a big piece of furniture for us. Definitely going to hire these guys next time we have to move!

Our crew of Jacob, Germán and Jaeret came to replace the furniture that was stored during a recent renovation at my parents’ home. The items, including many heirlooms and antiques, were gently and carefully packed. The three guys were absolutely respectful and kind to my parents as they unpacked and replaced all items. They cleaned everything up carefully, checked to see if there was anything else they needed, and thanked us for allowing them to serve. Highly and without reservation recommend!

The moving crew was great! They were very respectful and careful with our new floors and freshly-painted walls! They graciously accommodated all of my requests regarding what I wanted them to unpack and set up without making me feel like I was being bossy or needy. They were super friendly and had great attitudes about doing the work!

When all other companies were too busy to even answer the phone, Tim and his crew came out to help this single mother, whose basement flooded three times in one week!!! Nick, Ralph, Miguel and Daniel, along with Tim went above and beyond to help make sure my basement was dry and no mold would develop, as I have a daughter who is highly allergic to mold. They came back multiple times over several days to check on things and bring extra equipment. I cannot recommend this team enough!!! They took out drywall and even helped me get my ruined furniture to the curb! Do not hesitate to call On Site should you have water issues and ask for Tim! He gave me a fair price and piece of mind! Onsite came to pack our basement up when we were having damaged by water they came and packed everything up they packed very well they did a great job I would like to thank all the ones that packed up everything nothing was broke or damaged I would hire them again thanks to my fav crew Chris,Mario,and Ethan for all the heavy lifting and Albert ,jairat,Martinez, Lizbeth great packers. I had a photo board that was displayed at my mom funeral and they even took the time to wrap that cardboard with pictures of my mom with such care I didn’t even realized it was down there I thought it was upstairs they took care of something most people would have just tossed. So I appreciate them for that respect for my mother

Recently we had a huge project from a hoarding situation that was just too big for us to handle. On Site was there for us literally every step of the way. From Christy who got the job rolling to Kneco who came out to inspect and quote, Carlos and Mervin who did the actual work of mitigation and Dena with daily updates, we were kept very well informed every step of the way. We were very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism we received and will be using On Site for future projects!

Today I had the pack back Movers return my belongings. Michael, Albert and Jairat Did a great job at returning my belongings. They were friendly, kind, nice and efficient. I would recommend these guys for your moving needs.

I hired On-site for packing and inventory following a personal fire restoration project, and they were phenomenal. Lisa, Aija, Luciano, Veronica, and Jose were professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my space and property. Lisa managed the team with grace and supported me patiently as I made decisions. The crew worked seamlessly and exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!
