After our basement flooded due to a sump pump, failure, we were overwhelmed, and didn’t know where to start. Just had my furniture and possessions returned after cleaning due to fire. What a great company and a great bunch of people to work with. From the beginning, Alexis and Morgan were lovely women who came in and looked at what I had needed cleaned. The crew of German and Miguel, who picked up my furniture and other items and packaged them up to be taken and cleaned, were lovely gentlemen, and finally the gentleman that returned my possessions and helped me to set them back in place, Chris and Mario, were as equally easy to work with. All of these folks were very personable and efficient. I appreciate so much the work that they did, and if I ever, God forbid, have another situation where things needed cleaning and restored, I would definitely go to On-site. When a tornado destroyed half of my mom's home, we didn't even know where to start. The Onsite Specialty team, (especially Albert, German, Luciano, Verenice, Eric, Morgan, and Dena) stepped in quickly. They were professional and led with compassion. They handled every item, both during pack-up and returning her furniture and goods, with exceptional attention and respect.
