    I recently moved into my dream lake home, which had a crawlspace. I have never had any experience with a crawlspace to get an opinion if it would be a good idea to have it encapsulated. I saw this company working in my neighborhood, and after reading the good reviews I contacted them. Nick was my first point of contact. He's very knowledgable, polite, professional and not "pushy" at all. I knew he would give me the information I needed to make the right decision on the project. He provided pictures of my crawlspace before the project so I could get a good idea of what the project entailed. I made the decision to have them get started. Nick estimated it would take about 5 days to complete. Breanna, the office manager contacted me the next day to get the project scheduled. She also was very helpful in explaining how things will work with the Corona virus situation, and we scheduled the work. I had 3 people involved in the actual work on the encapsulation: Gabe, Brenden, and Sal. All three were magnificent. Gabe and Brenden (both over 6 feet tall, they were like ninjas down there in my crawl), were the muscle cleaning out the debris and years of stuff stored in the crawl, and doing the bulk of the work for the restoration and encapsulation. Sal, was the "go to" guy that has been doing this line of work for years, and he did all the plumbing for the 2 sump pumps that got replaced, and offered advice on how to remediate some issues I was having with airflow to my heat registers on the main floor. He would also stop by at the end of the day to see how things were progressing and ask if I had any questions. He was also very very helpful in offering some ideas that would put me at ease on ways to monitor my crawlspace since I sometimes travel for extended periods. I highly recommend Crawlspace Remediation.

    5 Star Service. Highly recommend for all Crawl Space needs. I recently hired Crawl Space remediation to encapsulate my home's crawl space and fix a few things that needed repair. From.start to finish the team took care of all my questions and concerns. Brianna the officer manager kept good communication from start to finish. Their prices were fair and much better then other companies. Sal who gave me my quote told me what I needed and never tried to over sell me which I appreciate. On the dates of service (April 6th-8th 2022) Both Joe and Andrew arrived on time were fast and professional. Would hire again for any future jobs.

    Our new house came with many mice, enough where the crawlspace had very little insultation left. Our inspector recommended Crawlspace Remediation and our realtor agreed they were a good service. Brendan came on Tuesday to do a four day job. He took time to explain to me what he would be doing at the start of the day and answered all of my many questions. He let me know at the end of the day what he had done and the plan for the next day. On Thursday, his supervisor came with him. He basically only needed to build a new door (a specialty of his, I think), as Brendan had already completed the work that far to his satisfaction. They were able to finish that day, one day early. Brendan took pictures (I am very clausterphobic so didn't go in myself) and explained to me what I was seeing. My wife and I now feel confident one barrier against mice and other rodents has been addressed and the new insulation will make a big difference. I think the best part was when Brendan thought, then decided, that this was the best work he had done. It it so refreshing to get quality work from a company whose workers take such pride in what they do. Lastly, communication with the office manager, Brianna, was also first rate. She also anwered my questions and made setting up and following through the whole process painless and easy. I would recommend Crawlspace Remediation to anyone who is in need of their services.

    I had a estimate done by crawlspace remediation and although I did not hire them due to timing and when I’d be able to get the job done; I felt compelled to write a review based on the estimate provided. I had Nick traeye come to my home and he gave me a no nonsense estimate and was very thorough and up front about what exactly they would do to get the job completed. The price was right and he gave me a list of options of how I would like to do the job. I really appreciated how thorough the estimate was. I highly recommend them just based on what I seen up front in dealing with the estimator. If you are looking to get work done I think you would be able to rest assured that this company offers no gimmick to get you to sign a deal with them.
