Julian was very thorough and explained the entire process and the steps he was taking to solve our plumbing issue. This is the second time I have used Burton and I will use them again.

Incredible. Called around 9pm on a Thursday. Justin called back 30 minutes later. Gave me a quote for an old leaking water heater. Out the next day not even 15 hours later. Came on time and swapped old and new in under two hours, Explained new tank. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Justin and Burtons!!!

I have used Burtons Plumbing for all my plumbing projects in my business and home for many years. They just finished installing two bathroom vanities and did another absolutely beautiful job. 😃

My experience with Mr. Moore was great. He went over my problem with me and the problem was solved. He was very professional about my problem. If I have any moore issues I would like to have him back again.

I had shut-offs removed and replaced for
Laundry room and under sinks in 2 bathrooms. Jason was professional... efficient...and friendly. I would definitely call Burton back for other plumbing needs.

Jordan, our service technician, was polite and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do before starting any work. He was then very efficient at replacing our hot water heater (was 100% done in less than 3 hours). I was also given a tutorial on how to light the pilot and understand the front panel of the unit. I am happy with the service call -well done Jordan!

My tec was Julian he was awesome needed my basement drain snaked it took awhile but he didn't give up after 4 hours and some roots he got it cleaned out he was very polite. Was very happy with the job he did

The company did an amazing job called 1st thing in the morning and they were able to come out same day. Replace an old metal pipe and replaced it with a new pvc.

We needed our backflow tested and they were able to come out the very next morning. We don’t use the sprinkler system so they were able to just remove it and cap it off so we didn’t have to worry about this in the future. Would definitely recommend!

Julien was great! He fixed the clogged pipe and allowed me to ask a million questions, I learned more during his visit than HOURS of YouTube. Optimistically, I won’t need a plumber again for this. But if I do, I’d call them

Jordan and Trey went above and beyond! They did the job quickly, efficently, and were courteous, very patient, kind and very knowledgeable. After they finished the job, I was amazed at how sporless they cleaned up the area! Thank you so much for such great service!

Contacted around 9:30 am and a team came out at 2:30. They informed me what was going to be done and the cost. I now have a new hot water tank and everything updated to code. The guys were extremely nice and professional. I really appreciate how nice they were to me.
