Hired Burton's to upgrade our kitchen plumbing. Justin was able to perform the day after providing an estimate. He was efficient and professional. Would hire again!

When we had a new dryer delivered we learned that we could no longer use copper lines for gas hookup. Burton's cam out and got us squared away with new piping off the main-gas line up into our laundry room, including installation of two additional ball valves. Justin was incredibly courteous, explained his work well, explained what was required and walked through the work after it was finished.

Justin Z . was awesome. When I noticed water coming out of the drains in my basement rec room and laundry room I was extremely happy that I was able to get it snaked the same afternoon that I called Burton Plumbing. Tina was so kind on the phone when I called to set up the service call. I can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend Burton Plumbing .

Jordan and Brandon were so friendly and professional in fixing my leaking toilet. They explained my options and even gave me a discount after quoting me one price. I REALLY appreciate all the communication from Burton's Plumbing before and after my service. I would highly recommend them.

We had concerns about tree roots possibly slowing the water flow from our house to the city's main. Julian thoroughly checked things out and snaked the pipe. He showed me what was found and assured me it was in pretty good shape at the moment. I was very relieved. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service!

Had some pipes burst under my home, in the crawl space, on Friday. Did the best I could to replace / repair things all weekend, but kept finding more problems. Finally gave in and called the professionals.

Burton's sent out Jordan. When he showed up, I explained the situation and apologized because I knew how dirty he was going to get trying to fix the issue. Dude had no problem crawling under the house and assessing the work. Gave a REALLY reasonable quote. Then he spent the next 2 hours fixing things (including repairing my hap-hazard weekend work).

All things considered: The price, response time, and work he did was awesome. I would 100% recommend these guys.

We had a very small gas leak on a pipe near our water heater that needed to be repaired. I was concerned that it would affect the water heater turning the gas off due to its age. Justin assessed the situation and had no concerns about the water heater, fixed the pipe quickly, and was even able to snake our bathtub as a last minute request from us. He was very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and reassured us about our concerns. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Justin and Burton’s!

Jordan and Julian are awesome. They came out for the replacement of my sump pump. They were fast and efficient. Neat and clean. The communication was great. Both Jordan Moore and Jasmine Jennings were excellent. Not only were they thorough with installing a new hot water heater, but also very informative with the process and the finished product. They arrived on time, worked continuously, were clean and neat and were always keeping me informed. Highly recommend them !!!! Thanks Jordan and Jasmine !!!!

Burton Plumbing & Heating technician Jason Palmer was marvelous. He was so kind about my tight access to my bathtub water controls. He took time to review photos my downstairs neighbor sent me of damage in her condo bathroom.
Jason diagnosed the problem quickly and immediately ordered the parts. Unfortunately Burton’s is so busy the repair won’t be done for 6 days. But Jason turned off the water to my bathtub and tested it is off.

First time I used this company and will definitely use again! James was very knowledgeable and so helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me. Don’t hesitate to call them , extremely polite and professional. Thank you James !

Great experience with Burton today. Jordan and his assistant were on time, polite, and super chill despite how difficult and messy the job got. They cleaned up really well for us and the cost was fair. Will definitely do business with Burton again. Cheers.
