Reviews of local pros in Wayne, Michigan

Decent work, customer service communication needs some work.

We get salt here and it's great, in and out quick

I've always had a great experience with Franks Landscaping.

These guys are amazing. They always take care of us. Thanks Brandon

FRANKS always delivers with a SMILE! Answers promptly and always willing to go the EXTRA mile!

Asked for an estimate. Still waiting!! Called for results. Still waiting. Guess my project is not going to get done.

Franks lanscapped my back yard at home and they service my business with salt and plowing. I highly recomend them.

Great customer service! Would refer this company to anyone who needs any and all landscaping needs, snow removal, or firewood!

Excellent prices and speedy delivery. The help is very courteous. I highly recommend their firewood.

I had a stump ground and everything was excellent. Very professional and they did a great job.

Very rude serivice, their wood does not burn and over priced. Won’t ever do business with them again. Please do yourself a favor and stay away

Great company with great service. They took care of my project on time and the work was amazing. Thanks again great job

Once payment is made he ignores calls and do stick to warranty terms.
I don't recommend Frank's landscape any more.

I know the son from franks landscaping personally and he has never done me wrong. I purchased firewood from him and he gave me good stuff.

Ordered a 1/2 face cord of firewood on a Sunday and it was delivered on Monday. Very quick and friendly!

Do not work with this company. They do not stand by their services and as soon as you contact them to fix a mistake it is instantly a 3rd party contactor's fault. No customer service at all.

Highly recommend for all of your outdoor needs. Very responsive very professional and gets the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommended

Order a facecord of firewood. Wood was not seasoned, twisted, punky, and I was shorted about a foot off of height when stacked. It does not burn well at all. I would not order wood from this place.

Ordered 2 face cords at 9am and received by 1pm, the same day!! Excellent customer service and very responsive, would highly recommend this company.

Bought a face cord of what they call seasoned wood, well it must of seasoned on the forest ground or swamp...there might be 5 pieces of oak which is about a foot to long for my wood stove...and the ash is so saturated after it thaws it took 3 starter logs and a propane torch and about 1/2 hour to get started not happy won’t be going back

I’m sitting in the parking lot of my work, when a salt truck flies in. Whips around the corner, and shoots salt right at my car. I get that my car is in the middle, but no need to be going 40mph through a business parking lot with cars whipping around corners.

Fairlane green Allen park, who ever has this route needs some training !! Unprofessional and reckless. Thanks though for making eye contact with me after my car gets hit by flying salt when your truck was only a foot away. This is not a racetrack.. it’s a business with people’s cars parked.
