Ordered a facecord off Facebook as it was described as “fireplace ready”. Delivered a soggy mulchy mess of unseasoned wood. Very few splits to indicate it’s been sitting more than a month or two. I messaged the owner and he left the conversation and blocked me on FB. Class act

I had them install a uniblock border in my front yard a couple years ago. They did a great job but... he was supposed to modify a landscape plan to fill in where the border was put in and never heard back from him. Now I've been calling for 5 months now to have him replace a block that was chipped and he has yet to show up. Very frustrating!!! 😠

Ordered 2 facecords of wood and was quoted $75 per FC and $25 delivery- same as last year. Called me the day before delivery (2 days later) and upped the delivery charge by $50 to $75. Be careful if doing business with this company.

4.8 stars - Frank's Landscaping is a quality operation with deep experience in building paver patios. The quality of install is top-notch (but make sure Frank Jr. or Frank Sr. are onsite...as the crew needs one of them present to perform their best). They know "the right way" and don't cut corners (thankfully as the cost is not cheap).

The quality of my 2-tier Unilock patio is a solid "A". They pay attention to details (like water flow) and clean-up after themselves daily...as well as meticulously at the end of the construction. When I requested a few minor tweaks, they followed through and took care of me. I'm super happy with my patio (2tiers, pillars, stairs, seat walls, LED lights) and would highly reccomend them to friends and family without reservation.

strong, got the job done in a great time frame and did a beautiful job! I can’t be happier with the job they did!

DO NOT HIRE - Frank's Landscaping was out in April 2016 to lay a new patio and walkway, which required all kinds of other work. We are suppose to have a life-time guarantee, so much for honor! There is grass growing through our pavers, they didn't bury one of our gutter which is now running directly on our new walkway, they had to move our sprinkler system and was suppose replace sprinkler heads and get our system ready for the summer instead we had to pay a different company $400 to repair our system. We have been calling and leaving messages for months with no response. I have also had my lawyer contact them, with no response.

Frank's landscaping has been maintaining our house for almost 10 years now ! Everyweek the same crew comes and are like family. I am very blessed to have met them. This year they installed a brick driveway, retaining walls, sidewalk, irrigation system, and even a pond for my dog to swim in ! I could not be any happier. These people are great to work with ! Thank you guys to the moon and back ! :)

Franks Landscaping is great! We ordered a truck load of firewood, they showed up as scheduled and with seaonsed firewood just as described. The delivery guy was very friendly and helpful!
We will use them again!

Ordered 2 face cords of wood, delivered the next day. Arrived ahead of time, provided estimated time of arrival. Great looking wood, great price and friendly people!! Very happy. Will be calling again and recommending to anyone that is interested!! Thank you!!

Bought 5 face cords of wood from them, they said it was seasoned 12 months. They lied, most of it appears about 2 months seasoned. Wood will not burn easily. I told them I wasn’t happy, by that point they had my money and were no longer interested in communicating with me. I wish there was a rating less than one star, they have earned it.

We started with a blank slate (new construction) and Frank and team nailed it. We now have a fantastic new patio, retaining wall in the front, irrigation system and sod. He made my budget work, worked within the timeline and was extremely responsive to questions and "on the fly" requests. Highly recommend. Solid craftsmanship, great advice and stand-up team and crew. A+.

I purchased 1.5 face cords of fireplace ready fire wood from this company. I paid a premium price for what I was told was 3 year seasoned hardwood.

The wood that was dumped in my driveway was all random sizes in both length and how it was split. Some pieces were well over 22 inches and some were as small as 6. Most of the wood was excessively thick and there were even some half and 3/4 round log pieces. After I sorted thru all the wood there was an extremely large pile of dirt and tree debris. It took me over 2 hours of shoveling to get rid of the dirt, snow and pieces of wood that were essentially large wood chips.

After all of this I went to make a fire with good cedar kindling and the wood just sizzled and fizzed and would not light. It seems that it was not 3 year seasoned and still extremely wet.

I was blocked on facebook by the person I contacted for the delivery and got no replies to the text messages. I have pictures of all of this. Overall extremely disappointing experience and could not recommend this company.

I had 15 face cords of seasoned firewood delivered yesterday and was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of wood. I will be a returning customer for sure and would recommend this service to anyone. No doubt i will be warm and toasty this winter.

Wonderful work and customer service. I've hired them for my landscaping and patio work and I was extremely satisfied. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and they recommended great ideas for my patio. The work they do is perfect and I am always pleased. I've hired other landscaping companies and none of them have met my expectations like Frank's landscaping. I definitely would recommend them for any job!

Had a great experience getting a fair quote, the work was done FASTER than expected (nice surprise), and it was done well! They installed a French drain and sump pump because my yard kept flooding-- did fix the issue. I called my sales rep and the office to find out why a section of my lawn seemed to be dying and no one could call me back with an answer. That kind of stunk but overall I'm happy. Hopefully I don't have any other issues.

Franks Landscaping removed our front walking path and repaved it, Including a new retaining wall in the front yard. They did an excellent job. We approached several companies and Frank provided the most reasonable proposal. They are a fourth generation landscaping company and have been in business for over 40 years. We liked the crew and they worked very hard with great attention to details. Now everyone loves our front yard.

We had a 5 year warranty on the paved walkway. One of the brick popped up during last winter. Started calling them since spring. First 3 to 4 phone calls no answers. Finally got hold of the office and Frank wanted to come over and take a look. Out of my good heart, I told them it was some minor fixes and took pictures and helped Frank avoiding to coming over and wasting his time. Sent me an email several weeks ago told me they would fix it that week. It is snowing outside right now and it is still not fixed. Very very disappointed since they did a good job initially. If you can't keep your promise at least have the guts to admit it or don't give warranty if you are not to honor it.

Have to edit this review. About 3 months after completion, I reached out to Frank for additional work to be done and to fix some minor issues with what he had done. Absolute ghosting on his part, he did not want my business.
Any guaranty they mention is a tail light guarantee, as when they leave and you see their taillights, the guarantee ceases to exist.

I called the office every day for two weeks, got to know the secretary very well over the phone ....never a response from Frank. Got her to promise that Frank would call me back by a certain day, and when I called her back and asked her not being able to deliver on THAT promise, she was almost in tears.
I'm not one wanting to make people cry, but obviously making her promise a date to get a simple phone call back put her in an untenable spot as Frank never intended to make that phone call.

The following spring is really where his shortcuts were noticeable, pavers heaving, edging not set correctly..... had to pay someone else to fix his shortcomings.

Very disappointed as he was actually going to get more of my money, he simply didn't want it, maybe he knew his fly by night quality would be noticed and he wanted to disappear into the night.... PROBABLY FOR THE BEST FROM MY END.

FAIL!!!

We had Frank and his crew out to remove our deck and install a brick paver patio. They did a great job! We had somewhat of a difficult area to try and accommodate and they made it look AMAZING! His team was friendly, professional and very meticulous about it being done right! Now our puppy has a safe place to sit outside and enjoy being outside! Luna and we thank you!

We run a small family owned rental business and I prefer not to have to write negative reviews to other small businesses, but unfortunately I had a very poor experience with Frank’s Landscaping which I wanted to share to prevent others from running into the same issue.
It all started in fall last year as one of our rentals needed some topsoil and grass installed in the backyard. Frank provided a reasonable offer and we made the 50% down payment of $750, together with the clear instruction to give us 24h advanced notice since we need to let the renter know when Frank will do the job. Frank did not provide sufficient notice, and instead showed up with his crew one day when the renter had a truck in his driveway, which blocked access to the backyard. We tried several times to reschedule the work, but Frank didn’t show interest to do the job, and eventually no longer returned our calls nor replied to our mails.
One year later, we decided there was no longer a need to renew the grass since the lawn recovered by itself and as a result we wanted to cancel the job. Again, no communication from Frank except for one email, that the down payment was non-refundable. These T&C were never shared with us before, and therefore we requested a refund, but again, no answer from Frank and no refund of our $750 although he never did work for us. We rate Frank’s Landscaping with one star due to unprofessional business behavior and lack of willingness to communicate.

Great service. I called for a load of oak firewood at the very end of the day. It was delivered the very next day in the morning. Amazing turn around time. The driver called when he was 30 minutes away and was very polite when he arrived. The firewood was uniform in length, nicely split and aged / dry. We will be ordering from Franks in the future.
