We have used Selective Carpet cleaners several times over the years at different properties. They always leave my carpet looking fabulous and leave everything smelling great. They truly go above and beyond and provide the best service. They are also super friendly. I am very pregnant and could not be more pleased with how good my furniture smells after they finished cleaning it. Would highly recommend them!!

We have had Selective clean our carpet and/or upholstery several times over the last few years. It is a family owned business and that really shows positively in how they relate to customers. Jason & Cody consistently do a fine job and the prices are reasonable.

Merary and Jacqueline did an amazing job. I’ve had deep cleans from other companies before, and they did the best job by far. We will be using them again in the future.

Nicole & Jessica did a move in deep cleaning for us prior to moving into our new home and did such an excellent job. Both arrived prompt within the arrival window, excellent at communicating and even cleaned inside all cupboards and drawers in the kitchen. Thank you both!

I hired Arbor Trail Cleaning to do a move out cleaning on my parent's condo. Mattie and Paige came out and did a phenomenal job! I couldn't be happier. Thanks to their hard work, the condo is move in ready!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Karianne and Wendy. My originally scheduled appointment was rescheduled for later date due to the cleaning of another house taking longer than anticipated. The cleaning Karianne and Wendy did was spotless, and it was lovely to move into a sparkling home from top to bottom!!

I used service for Move-in cleaning for the kitchen. Dayane who came that day did a great job! The stove looks great with all stains completely removed, it had so much grease and stains earlier. The grease residue on the cabinets above the stove were removed completely. The Fridge smells neutral and I feel comfortable using it. Wasn’t happy with the way previous occupants left it! The inside of cleaned up cabinets look so nice like new. I feel safe to put stuff in them now.

I like them so much I’m using them again for Pantry and bathrooms deep cleaning!

Arbor Trail Cleaning made it so simple to schedule, setup, and manage my appointment. I scheduled a one time clean, and did not feel pressured at all to upgrade or to sign up for routing cleaning schedules.

Heyley did an AMAZING job, and was very thorough. Every room was left perfect. We couldn't be happier.

Booked a deep move in clean where every surface was to be wiped. Walls and closets still had dust and spots easily wiped off. Bathroom counter still had marks from the soap dispenser. Light fixtures not cleaned. Bathroom floor not cleaned. I had to do much of it myself so I could move in after spending over $800. Don’t believe their high rating from my experience. Very poor response after this was brought to their attention

Update from one star review, the owner called within the hour of posting the review. Another cleaning was booked without additional charge and Tarin did a great job! Very much appreciate the customer service and attention to detail

Our cleaner, Tarin did a fantastic job. Very thorough. She was also very friendly, and our cats liked her, so she's obviously good people.

Would definitely recommend her to anyone whose space needs a refresh.

Kendall and Makenzie did a great job!! They were friendly, kind, lovely people. Kendall arrived first and I was so nervous being my first cleaning ever, and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The first clean is a deeper clean and then after that we signed up for monthly regular cleanings. I was so happy to walk back inside to a clean home and it has made the other tasks I need to accomplish so much easier knowing that these big ones I was overwhelmed by are done already.The responsiveness of PJ who helped me book online was so appreciated and PJ followed up with me today after the first cleaning. I am glad I booked monthly cleanings with them and know it was worth it! Form the research I did, the pricing was average for the area. I have zero complaints and I appreciate the ability to book online or over the phone depending on your needs. I recommend their work and team! Photos are after. Anything remotely “messy” is from me doing more chores that obviously don’t fall under their purview and putting out pet stuff after they left. :) You can definitely tell which pillows they did that were on the couch and which ones I brought back in after they left hahaha

Devin was super calm, communicative, friendly, efficient and hard working!! She was very chill about my crazy chi-corgi who barked at her and made an effort to befriend him!

Arbor Trail excels at communication and customer service. The office team is responsive and professional. Our cleaning team of Taryn and Shianne went above and beyond. Our house was sparkling when they departed and our dogs were happy with all of the attention that those two gave to them. We’ve already scheduled out for monthly service.
