Excellent service all the way around! Couldn’t be happier. Great company, very responsive with scheduling an estimate, getting the quote, scheduling the removal and the tree removal crew were very professional and boy do they work efficiently, wow! Very impressive. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend PPM’s services.

I highly recommend this business. They are very professional. I was amazed at how quickly they removed an enormous tree, all while be careful of the surrounding area. They had all the right equipment to do the job. They cleaned up the entire area. Kyle and his crew were very friendly, efficient and hard-working. Kudos to the crew!

Lived in this house 50 years. We have had 7 different companies do tree work for us. Lumberjacks of Ann Arbor stopped tree work several years ago. We loved the work they did. Since then it has been down hill for each new company hire. Until now. The professionals are back in our life. The PPM team is by far and away the most talented and group of tree specialists we have ever encountered. Every minute of the job, everyone was doing something to help get the job done.
They had all the equipment to perform in sync. The constant cleanup was amazing. I *cannot* recommend this company enough. Need the work done, done right, done on time, in time. PPM is your call.

Excellent service!! Had two very old and large box elders removed and other maple trees trimmed. Very experienced crew with three large service trucks, stump grinder, other heavy equipment to complete the work-arrived at 0945 and stayed till complete at 6:30 pm. Very clean landscape and all debris removed.

PPM Tree Service trimmed a magnolia and an elm tree in my front yard this past week. Their work exceeded my expectations. They made sure no branches were hanging over my roof and did a terrific job making sure the trees retained their great shape. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the trimming. This is the second job I have had them do and they are always professional. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with PPM. I had to get a 100-foot tall oak tree removed from my small backyard in Detroit. It was up against the neighbors garage, and not easy to access. Not only did they give me a better quote than most, but came out with a whole crew, safely removed it with a crane, ground the stump, cleaned up the area nicely, and were professional and polite to me and my neighbors as they were taking care of it in about four hours. Would highly recommend them!

From getting a quote to scheduling and removing our overgrown evergreens, this company is top notch! Bryon showed up on time for evaluating the job. He was professional and we received a quote promptly. Terri called the next day to schedule and she also called with a follow up reminder. She was always professional, friendly, and courteous.

The crew, lead by Kyle, showed up early and ready. They knew what they were doing and got the job done efficiently. They thoroughly cleaned the yard and street of all waste. Wish we had taken before and after pics. We were impressed.

Received our firewood and was dropped exactly where we asked. We were not home but the driver called to confirm. Great price as well. Wood is a mix and dried and split perfectly. A few long pieces but not a problem as there were very few. we requested a face cord and it came as slightly more which is great to know the company does not cut corners on the ask. Thanks PPM you are our go to company here!

The crew were very professional. Did a wonderful job shaping my tree and making it safe.Clean up was complete. Without a doubt this was my best experience with tree service (I've had many).

These guys are great!! Everyone from the sales reps to the workers are respectful, clean up great, quick, and hard working. We had 6 trees 3 of which tangled in power lines removed with no issues. Our neighbors had a quote the same day they came to do ours and they took care of her 2 trees the same day stump grinding and all on every tree. I will definitely be using them again for the rest of my jungle. June 29th 2023

Bryan Dobbs and his crew at PPM did an excellent job. We had 4 gigantic trees completely removed, one tree trimmed, and removal of a garden bed filled with shrubs and dead bushes. Including stump grinding and removal. The whole crew was thorough and efficient. Everything in our yard looks fantastic! We highly recommend this company.

After receiving an estimate in June for trimming and pruning of a large tree in my yard, I signed the contract and scheduled the service. At the direction of the person providing the estimate, I scheduled the service for November 3rd despite the fact that he was out looking at the tree at the end of June. He indicated fall was the best time for pruning and would alleviate disease risk to the tree from summer pruning. On November 3rd I was told the team would arrive between 1and 3pm. My phone rang at exactly 3pm. The dispatch person advised that the team was “losing daylight” and would need to reschedule. Again, it was 3pm on a very sunny day and the sun wasn’t setting for at least another 2 hours. I was then told I could select from two other available dates - one 3 weeks later at the end of November or December 10th. I was shocked. I sat home all day (after waiting 4 months after the initial visit) for nothing — and PPM was going to extend the service a month or two longer. Based on what? That mine is a smaller job than others and was easier to put off? Certainly sounds that way to me. I cancelled the whole transaction and will never use this company again. Beware!

We had a very positive experience with PPM. Steve was so great and the guys they work their tails off. We had a gigantic tree taken down between our house and our garage by some wires. Never had one problem would definitely use them again to take my front tree down.

PPM pruned 2 large maple trees, removed a smaller dead crab tree and expertly shaped and trimmed a line of tall arborvitae trees. They did a fantastic job and the trees now look better and the maples healthier now that they are thinner. PPH's crew cleaned up well and answered all my questions. The pricing was very good for the services provided. I will use PPM again when I need future tree service. Highly recommended.

Recently, I had a Bradford Pear tree removed along with stump grinding. Everyone I spoke to at PPM Tree Service and Arbor Care was very friendly and helpful. There could be better communication between the time of signing the proposal and scheduling a date for removal. The crew assigned were very professional! Each person introduced himself and the lead person gave me an overview of what would take place and approximate length of time. Very nice group of young men! The yard was very wet from several days of rain. However, the crew took special care to minimize damage to the lawn. They did an excellent job with the removal, stump grinding, and cleanup. They even made sure my neighbor’s yard was clear of debris because part of the fallen tree was hanging over the fence into their yard. I am very pleased with the job performed! THANKS!

I engaged PPMTree for the removal of five trees and had an excellent experience. The team arrived on time and completed the work exactly as discussed on time.
