I called them up to trim a large maple tree in my backyard, and get rid of a tree in the alley that was tangled in wires and power lines and they did an awesome job. They were easy to work with and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The crew was fantastic and the tree looks great! This was a major trim including two tree size branches over our house. The crew was polite, efficient and cleaned up 100% including debris in our pond. Thank you!

The crew was on time first thing in the morning. I had two big Maple trees trimmed. The price was reasonable. They were fast cleaned up and was happy.

We were very happy with the tree trimming Frank's did for us on our trees. We had dead branches some high enough that a worker needed to climb the tree to get to them. We also had overgrown arborvitae where another worker carefully trimmed off branches from within the tops so the result looked natural. The workers communicated very well with us as we determined how much to trim. For the amount of work done, we thought the price was reasonable. Thanks for a job well done!

Franks tree service conducted business on my driveway and removed my neighbors tree and dragged it all over my driveway without my permission. The owner did not apologise and said he will come next week and power wash it. I filed police report and I’ll seek every legal action for the damages. This is not the first time they damaged other peoples property. Stay clear and call spears tree service instead. By the way everything is recorded on camera. update: the owner came and scratched my concrete even further with his unprofessional powers-wash tool. You can see the after math of their disaster and the chipped concrete.

Banging on my door super loud like the police at 730am on my side door. The guy then continued to laugh that he scared and upset me to his co workers. Telling them it's fun to go knock on my door for an unnecessary reason. Didn't finish job. Didn't clean up Broke my kids trampoline and left a chainsaw blade on top of the trampoline. Wouldn't recommend. Also told them shut gate when finished. Well my neighbor had to stop them before pulling away they were going to leave it open til my neighbor told them to shut it. They way they found it is how they should leave it.

Jason and his crew were a pleasure to have. Took down a tree right by our garage and trimmed up the others. Perfect, quick, and clean job. They may have left the property cleaner than it was before they arrived 😀. Highly recommend for seamless tree removal.

When my lawn man said i better take care of this tree that’s leaning on the house or it may ruin your roof. I jumped into action. I called 8 companies, 4 came out to give a quote and ONLY 2 actually sent me a quote back.
Frank provided a quote on the spot and his crew was here to remove the tree a couple days later even in single digits cold weather. Quick, easy, affordable and professional. Would absolutely recommend

They were amazing from start to finish. Got a call that they was on the way. Very respectful of the neighbors garage and mine when taking the complete tree down. Cleaned up everything very nice. Will be recommending them to anyone that needs a tree removed.

I had the pleasure of working with Bryan. Very well-natured and high spirited guy. You can tell he knows his stuff. Was quoted an unbelievably good price to remove a huge, dying sycamore tree from my front lawn which was shedding all over my lawn and roof.

Their receptionist was super friendly and called me twice in the days leading up to their scheduled services to address any questions or concerns. When the big day came, a well trained team of over 12 men tackled this goliath of a tree in around 5 hours.

The cleanup was even more impressive. It's as if this tree never existed. Bryan even educated me on taking care of the space where the stump used to be and how to treat the ground moving forward. We will be using the mulch for a large landscaping job we have coming up!

Amazing company! We had the company come out and give us a quote on about a 60+ year old Silver Maple tree. They were the only company willing to show us they were licensed and insured from the beginning, and they by far had the best quote! Scheduling was a breeze, even doing it on a cold winter day. The tree removal was an amazing process to see. The tree was carefully taken down in sections. After the tree was down, the company cleaned the property like they were never there. We would HIGHLY recommend this company if you need a large tree taken down. Amazing customer service from start to finish!

I had a tree stump that was not as dead as I had presumed when purchasing my house that had grown up a lot over the last couple years, so I reached out to PPM Tree Service & Arbor Care. They were very polite, professional, and very quick with getting the quote and came out the next day after accepting the proposal of services. They finished the job quickly and even cleaned up a bit of brush that I had piled up without asking. Excellent services, would recommend.

The crew came out and did an excellent job trimming many of my trees. They got there before 8 a.m. and were done by 10:30 a.m. This included the trimming and fixing DTE's and my trimming hack jobs. I would recommend their service to anyone. From the time I contacted them, I had the walk through and estimate, and the service scheduled and completed took only a couple of weeks. I also felt that the cost for the job was reasonable.

We purchased 2 face cords delivered to our address. The wood is well seasoned and is really well mixed hardwood. Burns really well and hot. It was split at a smaller size which is nice. A little dirty but otherwise excellent and some of the best I’ve ever purchased from anyone.

Scheduler kept me informed. Crew is very professional. Very pleased with service.
