Hire them, hire them, hire them. Today (July 15) Frank's crew was at my house to do a very difficult job on multiple trees including cut down a Black Walnut in a tight spot and cut parts of a Cotton Wood, which is the size of skyscraper, and behind the house needing spiderman-like skills to get to it. The job required a crane, climbing, hanging, and things you couldn't pay me $1 million to do! These guys were kind, professional, on time, and got the job done. They were fun, too.

I had six quotes for this job and they were the best one--and did a job beyond what I could ask for including clean up, and asking questions along the way to ensure they were doing what we wanted. Besides being the fairest price, the best part is they did an OUTSTANDING job. So glad I went with them!

Frank’s beat the other price quotes by thousands. With that said, they are pretty busy and there may be a wait for an opening. Team A, Jason’s and Jake’s team came out and took down a three story Maple from my backyard, as well as trimmed several neighboring branches that were hanging over my property. They cleaned up after themselves and provided great customer service, including the scheduling agent in the office, Rachel.

I am so happy I did my research, they are the BEST!!! They gave me the best quote and did more tree trimming for it, real professionals. Steve and the whole team work like finely tuned machines. They know what they're doing and when they are done cutting down and trimming the trees the clean up is so clean I couldn't tell they were ever here, except for the beautiful work they did. I can't say enough good things about Frank Jastrabek's Tree Service. Save yourself some time, money and aggravation you're in good hands with these guys.

Steve and “crew B” did an amazing job. They were very nice and allowed my sons to watch. All the guys were courteous and respected our property and my neighbors property. They did a full cut down, cleared the brush and then gridded the stump. They made it look perfect when they left. Highly recommend them.

The company was quick in coming out to remove a tree in our backyard over a power line and have a resonable price for removal. The team that worked on getting our tree down over the electric line in our backyard did an amazing job. The team was quick and even able to work around some inclement weather at the time. We really appreciate the work they did and recommend them to anyone seeking tree services.

Steve and the 'B' crew showed up, took out two trees, grinded my stumps and were out within less than 30 minutes. Was great how efficient they were with good communication! Would hire again for anything that had to do with tree removal.

Very professional, had 2 big trees in backyard, crew showed up on time , worked in bad weather and got everything done. They protected grass and cleaned up after job was done.

From this - to this. This company has a great hard working crew. One hour and 50 minutes they had the tree down.

We had Frank's take out a couple of cherry trees from our back yard about ten years ago, so we decided to use them again for a pair of large spruce trees that were starting to lean a bit more than we were comfortable with. They did a great job once again. Our neighbor has a pair of small statues set up as a memorial that were in the working zone and they took due care to make sure these were kept safe and that everything was set back in place during cleanup. Thanks to Steve and the B-crew for their excellent work and care.

Today I had Jake and Jason’s crew A here to trim 5 trees including a 150 year old maple. They did an amazing job. The trees were trimmed to our complete satisfaction. The crew was excellent and they were very respectful of our property and cleaned up 100% of the debris. Lastly, the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had Steve and his B-Crew come in for a tree removal and trimming job, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, Steve and his team were fantastic—fast, efficient, and thorough in their work. The crew was also friendly, and they also cleaned up the site well.

Also, very satisfied with their pricing. This is the second time we've called them (first time for a storm damage cleanup), and they did not disappoint.

Jason and the crew did an amazing job removing and stumping my trees the end result was as if the trees were never there in the first place , even the clean up was top tier , pricing on the job was great as well. Andy was prompt in getting me a free quote that was very competitive, which included dropping 5+ trees, cutting the tree trunks for firewood, removing brush and stump grinding. He was able to get me on schedule within a week.

Steve and his "B" crew came out and worked efficiently to get the work done in a timely manner. They did everything that we were quoted for and cleaned up as well. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them!

I took out a few trees after DTE came through and hacked them around power lines. I had one other that was too tangled and needed the 3 remaining stumps removed. All work was done within a few hours. Steve and the "B" crew took time to get the work done safely with minimal impacts to the yard. The crew cleaned everything up after and were completed within 2 hours. They also did my neighbors trees. Lowest price but they had proper insurance and called MISS Dig. I'd use them again, but I am out of trees!

Overall our experience with Frank's was frustrating. It was very difficult to schedule with Frank's. We had initially agreed to a tree trimming date about 5 weeks out, which they missed. Then when I called them, we re-scheduled for another 4 or so weeks out. Ironically the tree they were supposed to trim fell onto our garage 1 day before Frank's was supposed to trim the tree. At which point we needed to have the tree fully removed. The tree fell on a Sunday night. I had agreed with Frank's on Monday (the day they were scheduled to trim) for them to remove the tree Wednesday. I then received a call Tuesday notifying me that they indeed would not be coming on Wednesday, but now Thursday. Needless to say I was not thrilled at them once again rescheduling me. They did finally come on Thursday to remove the tree. They did an acceptable job of removing the tree entirely, but damaged our yard (front and rear) and driveway with their equipment (see pictures).

They are a top notch company. Arrived on time, trimmed my entire yard, and removed two forty year old pine trees near the house. Clean-up was spotless, hard crew, and responsible company. Easy to do business with…..
