I had a great experience working with Rainbow Fresh Wyandotte General Contractor. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and clearly committed to quality work. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made helpful suggestions that improved the final result without pushing unnecessary upgrades.

Great company and great people. Owner came out during a job to speak with me. Very knowledgeable and kind young man. Excellent work and would recommend, hard to come by great contractors these days. They’ll be out soon for my garden beds!

My fiancé and I moved into our first home last July. The home had some old carpet with some questionable stains. We wanted to get the carpets cleaned prior to moving our stuff in and covering areas that would make it harder to clean them. With that being said we decided spur of the moment on a day that we wanted to move in and we reached out to Rainbow Fresh for carpet cleaning. Though it was very out of the blue and last minute, they were able to come out and take care of it the same day. We were very thankful to be able to get not only same day service, but excellent service . thank you!!

Don't let their friendliness fool you. Beyond unacceptable. They took 8 hours (Arrived at 10 left at 6) painting walls and cleaning a tiny 1 bedroom apartment and we still had to finish painting and cleaning ourselves the next day because it was not finished. The painting tarps they brought were the cheapest $2 plastic you could get. They clearly are a low budget operation. They also left TWICE to get paint (and took 2 hours total to get the paint plus charged us for the time they were out). Even though they had two guys painting, both of them went to get the paint even though they could have simply sent one of them (they had paint left in the can). They are not real painters.

How about this? This was a one bedroom unit, and they didn't even have to paint the bedroom nor the ceilings and they still couldn't get it done right nor in a few hours. In the kitchen it looked like they painted in certain areas and didn't paint other areas (so it looked terrible). I asked about it and they said it was still wet and it took 5 hours to dry(!!!). The guy lied right to my face. I knew (and he knew) it didn't take more than about 45 minutes to dry (I had painted an entire 6 bedroom house myself in the past) and then I touched the "wet" paint which which of course was totally dry. He didn't say anything other than it was time for them to go home.

Next comes the cleaning. We were told it was $30 per hour and they were sending two people to clean. However only one woman (the owner) showed up, and she said it was $60 an hour. So we have to pay $60 (which would have been for two people cleaning twice as fast) for one and naturally she took twice as long. What a scam! She did a lousy job as well and we ended up cleaning up things she missed. Just terrible. If she had at least done an impeccable job the money would have been no big deal. But no - we pay more and we get sh*** service.

I also asked about lawn care. They said they charged a dollar a minute and said at our house (another location) it would take 40 minutes each time. Our current lawn care charges around $25 per cut and does it in about 12-15 minutes. If you pay by the minute THERE IS NO INCENTIVE FOR THEM TO DO THE JOB QUICKER!!!

Second time I’ve come out to my car being toasted with grass just for parking next to my house Guess you have to be a paying customer to not get your car blasted 🫠

I have worked with Dave and his team on multi-million dollar projects. He is always top notch.

I live in a townhome and as of today 10/09/2018 *D.A Home Improvement* thrashed my furniture leaving grass mud and damage to the side of my couch while replacing my front door, when I confronted the employee about the incident he gave a nonchalant and inconsiderate response of it not being the companies fault but it was already there, do not use this company as they are likely to destroy your property and not take responsibility

Great place! Kind customer service and they definitely place customer service as a paramount desire. They stay close to bid prices and if off they are very clear with their communication as to the what and why. I appreciate that.
