I would like to give DA Home improvement No stars.....but i will not be able to post my comment. My experience was not good at all I called to have someone come out and give me an estimate on some home repairs the 1st appointment was scheduled for Thursday April 25th 2019 3:30 p.m. I'm not sure how that day was screwed up but for some reason the lady named Trisha who schedule appointment put it down for Thursday May 2nd 2019 3:30 p.m. She apologized for the mistake,I took off early from work on May 2nd 2019 so I could be home, and explain what I was looking to have done.Well at 2:00 p.m. I get a voice message saying that the "appreciate me for calling but this is not the scope of work we do and didn't want me wait for the estimate." So unprofessional I called back the office spoke to the saying lady Trisha she asked me did they stop by? I said no one stopped that by they left me a voice message instead of a stopping and giving me an estimate. She then wanted me to send her the voicemail that was left instead I played it for her and she said she would call the owner. And hour goes by, I do get a call now she tells me the owner would like to stop by tomorrow and leave an estimate. I said I'm not taken off any more time for this you guys already wasted my time.....she then told me I can call back the following week and have the owner come out then. I call the following week Wednesday may 8th 2019 spoke to another lady who said Tricia had some sort of eymergency but she could take the message. OK I left the mess and guess what no 1 even bothered to callback no Trisha, no owner, no one.... so instead I called HOME BASE IMPROVEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION.

I would definitely use this company again. They responded to all phone calls and messages promptly. They were here to do the work when they said they would be. Everyone was friendly and very professional and their work is of high quality. I am very pleased with the results.

DA installed my kitchen cabinets, sink, backsplash, countertop and did an incredible job. I love my kitchen so much I don’t want to ever move because of my kitchen..I felt very comfortable with the craftsman...Thank you again for a absolutely spectacular kitchen....😊

Very professional company. The gentleman that came out to do the measurements had some very good insight and you can just tell that they are true to their word. Very excited to speak with him about finalizing the quote. Plus they're a local company very cool stuff.

We hired DA construction to take out a doorwall and put in a wall. Then they took out this huge diamond and put in drywall and refaced our fireplace and made us a beautiful mantle. My room looks beautiful. Thank you.

Just had a quote from this company for our 37.50 square ft bathroom. Didnt want anything fancy and would have bought the fixtures our self. The quote came out to $368.00 dollars a square ft to $473.00 a square ft. 14,000 to 18,000 for a 37.50 square ft bathroom no thank you. Seems way over priced to me no matter what the finishes are. Had to edit this just got a call from Mike that wanted to argue my review because he didn't like my opinion. When he was here he told me to look at the national consumer reports on cost ratio which I did, and during the call I brought up the percentage and he said I don't care about that so I said I thought you told me to look it up. Make your own choice but be caution with this company is my opinion.

I was contacted by a D.A. representative last fall (2016). I am planning on remodeling my kitchen in 2017. I made an appointment with their designer, Elizabeth. I liked what she had to say when she came to my home. So, I took the next step and drove the 40 minutes to their design center office. I spent another hour with Elizabeth discussing cabinets, flooring, lighting etc. She was going to put some figures together and get back to me. When I didn't hear from her through the end of the year, I thought, "ok, she knows I'm not ready yet". I thought she would contact me after the holidays. It is now February 1. Still haven't gotten that call. I'm not chasing someone in order to spend $30,000 with them. Next!

Well, I got a call from Elizabeth after this review. A nice apology and explanation. I don't know how to just take my negative review down. So, I'll just say I'm going to give Miss Liz the benefit of the doubt and met with her . Stay Tuned

Just had our roof replaced by DA Home Improvement. This was the 3rd time we've used DA (also had 2 bathrooms remodeled) and each time we have had exceptional service. Our salesman Lee is a great guy, their estimate was right in line with our insurance companies appraisal, and everything happened right when Lee said it would happen. The roofers started at 8am sharp and they were gone by 5pm. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves even walking into the empty fields behind our house and picking up debris that had blown into the field. I would highly recommend giving DA a call

Extremely happy with our beautiful kitchen. Michelle came out I came up with three clever kitchen design options. With a space that we were working with it was tough to get an island but she got my island in. We were happy to support a family of business.
Looking at the one star reviews ...I just want people to consider that a price that you feel is too high or too low is clearly YOUR opinion and you get what you pay for...Writing a one star review for that reason in my opinion is just pure ignorance and could hurtful to a very good company so please reconsider. You can buy A Ford focus or a Cadillac we all know there’s a big price difference right.👌

Cheryl and Pauly were fantastic. Very professional, and kept me updated all through the process. Elizabeth, the sales rep, was very helpful when choosing materials. In a day where good help is hard to find they really exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to remodel.

I needed a walk in shower to replace a tub.
The work was done in a timely way and with the great craftsmanship that D and A is known for. I would highly recommend them.

D.A. Home Improvement remodeled our kitchen and now one of our bathrooms. All of the staff we met were skilled and responded to our requests and questions. We are pleased with the results in both rooms. We would recommend them to others for remodeling projects.

We chose this company to remodel our kitchen. They listened to what we wanted and honestly improved on our ideas for our kitchen. From the beginning meeting and quote from Mike Zeilinski it was a great experience! The crew that came to do the work (Paul, Cheryl and Pauley Allen) assured us they would take care of this job. I can’t say enough great things about their work expertise and ethics. They gave us a kitchen we now love and it is better than we imagined. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

My first experience with DA Home Improvement was a good 25 years ago, had the fiberglass tub and shower surround, needed a remodel remove the tub, install date was Tuesday 2/25 and finished 2/27, the installers Ira and Blake very professional, I am beyond thrilled with the outcome, Thank you very much DA.... Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with D.A. for completely renovating our kitchen. It was a big job and they did it all quickly yet with care. The attention to detail during design and construction was so appreciated. We'll definitely have them on our list for future projects. A big thanks to all that played a part in creating our amazing, new kitchen!!

This company is outstanding. DA Home Improvement replaced my siding last fall. They did a great job. After the winter, I had a small issue with one part of the siding. Mike, Tony, and Bob came back within a couple of days of my call and took care of the problem some seven months after installation. This company is very dependable.

Elizabeth was great to work with. She helped us redesign both our kitchen and our bathroom. All the contractors and Riley were also awesome to work with. I would definitely recommend them for any home improvement you have. See before and after pictures.

Outstanding experience with our complete kitchen remodel. Everyone we worked with from Mike the salesman to Paul the Project Manager to Paulie and Cheryl, the installers were extremely responsive, transparent and top-notch. They created an innovative design that made the best use of our small space, worked within our budget and were on the job working hard every day. Everyone we worked with was friendly and responsive. We could not be happier with our new kitchen.
