Worker wrote invoice improperly about service performed.
They would not correct it.

The quote to replace an outside faucet was $300 ,to $400. Appears high, so I will get additional quotes.

I had a pipe crack in basement under sink...they fixed it and left. I called for help a lil while later, same day, because it was backing up now. They said they would be back in a day or two, due to 4th of July, so I used drano to hold me over n it helped. But the next day, it backed up all over my basement. I have an inch of water down there all over...no response from company now tho... maybe because I told them drano helped...but I feel I shouldn't have needed to use drano the same day they left anyway. They didnt do this correctly or I wouldn't be having issues same day they left and all weekend long. I will have to pay Gill plumbing to come fix whatever they didnt. Oh and they charged me extra due to holiday weekend! I posted a pic to show you the drama I'm dealing with a little over 24 hours after they left.

My grandmother (96) had a blocked drain in her kitchen sink making it impossible for her to do dishes. I called Quint Plumbing and they were able to send someone out that day to snake her drain. A real life saver!

Great guys who were efficient and friendly. They cleared my drain of roots and ran a camera through so I could see the pipes. They cleaned up afterwards. And the price was reasonable. Call these guys first! You'll be glad you did!

Great service if I actually needed it. I had a leak around my hot water tank and not knowing much about we called Quints to check it out. They arrived and looked less then a minute and I asked is there anything else we can do to fix this since we have a newborn and not much money and the answer was "nope this is what happens we see it all the time". I said ok the tank was removed and replaced with a model with bad reviews. Left a small mess and dents in our door but oh well. Hour later we had another puddle around our tank. I called they came back and really, really checked it over because now they were on the hook for the payment of another water tank and in less then 1 min they found it was a $80 humidifier on the furnace that was leaking that I had to replace myself and i was told in the end it wasn't the hot water tank at all and there was nothing they could do about it. I called and the lady that answered the phone could of cared less and didn't transfer me to a manager or owner and offered a $50 discount I was not happy with that since I didn't need this in the first place and and then I was offered $100 off. No manager or owner took my call or called me ever. They gave us lots of time to pay but we never ever needed this. I would go with a bigger store seeing as there is a chain of command that you can talk to or make complaints to for situations like this since no one would man up and talk to me besides someone that runs the front desk. I was stuck with a huge bill for something that took less then 2 mins to discover if they would have looked in the first place they could of found it and saved me and my family the headache of paying for this.

Fast a friendly! I had a particular situation with my water heater boxed into a little room behind my furnace, which made it tough to get out without cutting a hole in the wall. They had the tools and a new water heater ready to go and got the whole job done with impressive speed! VERY happy with my service!

The first time using Quint Plumbing, I was highly satisfied. They were able to schedule a plumber to come out in a timely matter to install our washtub and hookup our laundry room. Tom was on time, polite, and efficient. Having been satisfied with the first visit from Quint plumbing, I decided to have request a quote for their company to finish the plumbing in a newly built bathroom. The receptionist had booked me for a time slot between 8am-12pm and stated the plumber would call upon their arrival. 12:30pm rolls around and no has called, nor have they showed up. Calling to check on the status, I was informed that the plumber had no idea he was scheduled to come to my residence between that time frame due to scheduling error. I had to reschedule for a few days later that week, again between an 8am-12pm timeframe and was told that I would receive a call prior to his arrival (which was important due to the fact that I work midnights and wanted to make sure I was awake prior to their arrival). The morning of rolls around and I am woken by several loud knocks on my door, with phone call prior. Mike had shown up, and stated he was not aware that he was supposed to call prior to his arrival. He is shown the work that needs to be done and states he will put together a quote and contact me when it is finished. I waited two weeks before I decided to call. Called to check up on the quote was told "We've been very busy and he is back up on quotes, but it will be finished by next week". That same response was given to me for the next three weeks when I called to check up on a quote. Finally, after calling again, after over a month of trying to obtain a quote, I was told "Mike said because he can't give you an exact quote at the moment, it will be $85 an hour per plumber to do your job and two plumbers will be needed to complete the job". Ok fine, I book the appointment for 8/15 at 8am. 8am comes and goes, I give them a call at 8:40am only to find out that again the receptionist, Megan had made a "scheduling error" and forgot to write down a time for them to come. That they could get someone out later that day. I was called shortly after to ask exactly what I was having done.. This was apparently a surprise to them, and they stated they'd have to schedule late in the week to accommodate my project. So we scheduled for 8/20 8am. Two days later, 8/17 I was contacted again by the receptionist that has an extremely hard time correctly scheduling appointments or relaying messages, to say that Mike would not be able to show up for the scheduled appointment on 8/20, because he thinks it will take too long and he does not have time to complete the task and he is aware that I'd be frustrated and decide to seek the services of another company. I am baffled by a company that has such poor work ethic and communication skills. Their lack of ability to communicate has put my bathroom behind 2 months. Be cautious in seeking their help.

Had broken sewer pipe under ground. Vert professional higly recommended. Came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it correctly and pointed out and showed the other issue that had be fixed which was more of broken pipe great service. Called mike about the issue he came same day had his crew come look at it and seen the issue was vert professional with working with insurance and everything i highly recommend quint plumbing

We had Quint Plumbing out to do a floor break and install a basement bathroom rough in. I had called around to numerous places, some guys didn't want to do it, and other "professionals" had some odd ideas of how to approach the job. In the end, I chose Quint based on their knowledge and professionalism. In todays world, the guy that can do it tomorrow, isn't busy for a reason, therefore I was willing to wait. Brian and Tommy showed up on time and did a clean professional job. I have already recommended Quint to many friends, and will continue too based on my experience. Their price was fair, and the workmanship was exceptional.

Needed shower faucet repair same day service. I took some pictures of the project and sent them so they knew what to expect. Tom came mid-afternoon, took it apart, left to get a new piece needed and returned to complete the service in professional manner. They have all my business in the future!

I’ll start by saying this review is not based on their quality of work because I never actually got them to come out. I called Quint Plumbing a few weeks ago to change out a shower fixture. We scheduled for a Wednesday, I called Tuesday to confirm and they said they had to push me to Friday because they had a lot of emergency calls. Roll to Friday, no one shows. Call them and they tell me they have me down for Monday, tell them Monday doesn’t work so we schedule for Tuesday. She “promises!” someone will be at my house. Roll to Tuesday, no one shows. Call and she says they have me down for Wednesday. Told them to forget it and called another plumber. Not the end of the world, but definitely a waste of time!

Had hot water tank installed in March and haven't received the itemized receipt I requested multiple times. It is now June. 6 months later and nothing but empty promises. They don't respond once they get your money. I'm filing complaint with BBB and warning my association not to recommend them to homeowners. They are too costly, don'' respond as promised.

Quint Plumbing responded to my business call, the very next day. They assessed the problem and fixed my storm drain issue within 2 hours.
Very reliable, professional demeanor, and "great" value.

If anyone gives this company less than 5 stars, something is wrong. Bill came out at 9pm, unclogged our drain and spent a lot of time on it. Everything works fine now and cannot thank him enough! We recommend this company and Bill for all your plumbing issues. He also takes time to explain things and is such a nice guy.

The guys were great! Called around 1pm on a Saturday for a clogged main drain they said they were finishing up another job and would be there no later than 4pm. They showed up around 3:50pm, and knew exactly what to do! I had nice flow restored within a 1/2 hour! Very courteous and professional. Will definitely call Quint Plumbing again!
