Great experience working with them! Very professional and timely with helping uninstall our old fridge and installing our new one. The plumber even went out of his way to move the old fridge out and put the new one in place. Very kind and helpful! Definitely recommend!!!

My basement drain backed up today and I called around to try and get it serviced as soon as possible. Bill answered and luckily was just leaving another job 1 town over. They arrived quickly and were able to get the drain cleared. They were very nice and professional. Definitely saved the day

I went here given great reviews. The guys came out were nice. I've called regarding my bill and nothing said get back to me been at least 2 weeks. Called requesting 2nd time a detail of what the plumbers told me needed fix they said to call and still waiting no return call. Unfortunately I would still like a detail of what needs to be fixed. Bummed bc guys came out were nice but unfortunately still have discrepancy on our bill I'm not getting responses for.

I recently had to assist my disabled brother with replacing his hot water heater. I saw a recommendation on the Downriver and Friends Facebook page for Quint Plumbing. I emailed them and sent photos of the existing hot water heater and received a fair estimate. When I called on 4/6 to schedule the installation I was amazed at the rapid availability and scheduled it for 4/7 ( Good Friday). They called promptly to let us know they were on the way and the work was completed in a very timely manner. I will keep their number at the ready for any other plumbing issues that may arise, and offer it to anyone who asks me if I know a plumber.

I had called Quint to fix my shower faucet and drain. They came out and did not fix it. They were going to order parts for the drain, 2months later still no updates. In the mean time, they sent me invoice for coming out, after calling them they said not to worry about it and it will be handled when job was complete. Couple of weeks later I get a "reminder" that account is past due. I finally decided not to continue with Quint. They still required the $90 service fee for coming out. I wonder how they would handle it if they asked someone to fix something and were charged even though it was not fixed. I will not be using their services in the future.

We have been happily using Quint Plumbing for over a year after reading all the great recommendations on Facebook. They are very professional, have a quick response time, and reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend them.

I have to give a shout out to Mike Quint at Quint Plumbing & Heating. In the last 2 weeks O have called him for help for 3 different clients. Each time they were so responsive and quick to assess the issues. First one needed sump pump replaced, second was a sewer camera because a private home inspector didn’t have the best equipment or didn’t know what he was looking at and the third was the worst. I client had a sewer clogged and broke. The clog was from baby wipes. Nearly 50 baby wipes pulled out of the main sewer 😮. Needless to say my client, a single mother that is a veteran is spending a couple nights at a hotel while it gets repaired. Quint Plumbing was on site within an hour of the back up! The service is phenomenal! The staff is exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone!

Bill Fell came out on a Sunday when we had water heater issues.

Fixed it right away! Professional, easy going, and got the job done. Really appreciate it. Will recommend in the future.

Had Qunit Plumbing come for a quote for our sewer to be dug up...first had to have a camera go in..fine. Had it done found the issue right away. Had to wait over a week for a quote. Now 3 months later I get a bill and in final notice that I never knew existed to begin with!!! Was never told about this charge. Can't get ahold of anyone or the 1 time I do...they need to pull the bill and call me back? Huh?? Not sure the methods of this company...had another company give a quote for the same work. And found out the gentleman that runs the camera for Quint didn't get the direction of the line correct..was told things were getting ripped up that is completely incorrect. Do yourself the favor and call multiple companies for quotes and not settle.

A special thank you for helping us during not only a water heater issue but during my health issue at the same time. Mike and Crew, we are beyond thankful for how fast, less 5han 24 hours, you took care of us and for your understanding. The two that came out were caring and thoughtful and thorough. We do not hesitate in telling others to call you first!

We have used Quint Plumbing twice in the past month--first for a shower valve replacement, and second to make a repair to our sump pump. They even came out same day for the sump pump repair. Both times, the plumbers completed great work with fair pricing. We will definitely continue to use Quint Plumbing in the future and recommend them for any plumbing issues!

Called on a Saturday for a frozen pipe, they were there within 20 minutes and fixed my problem. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional, this company showed up for one of my neighbors and needed to get into my house for whatever reason. Well when they knocked me and my family couldn’t get to the door as fast to their liking so they started to pound on the door and ring the doorbell non stop and even yelling into our windows saying “we know you’re in there”. Very hostile guy I was talking to, wouldn’t want that kind of people in my home.

Known and have had Quint plumbing for many repairs over the years as well as my Dad and Father in Law have also. I cant say enough good things about this Company but above and beyond are first in mind. Tom came out (which Ive known him and his family for over 30 years) and fixed the shower issue before the wife caught wind of any problems!! I had a very disappointing experience with Quint Plumbing. They were contracted through our homeowners association to inspect what was believed to be a potential water pipe leak above our drywall ceiling.

After cutting a hole in the drywall to investigate, they determined there was no leak and stated that the moisture was simply due to condensation. Despite finding no plumbing issue and performing what amounted to a brief inspection, I was billed $600.

Charging $600 to cut a hole, confirm there is no leak, and attribute the issue to condensation is unreasonable and excessive. There was no repair completed and no plumbing problem resolved. This feels like price gouging for minimal work performed.

I would strongly urge others to stay away or at minimum to ask for clear pricing upfront and a detailed explanation of charges before authorizing any work. Based on my experience, I cannot in good faith recommend this company.
