Constraction reviews in Wyoming, Michigan

Working with HWC, Home Works Corporation was a very rewarding experience. From the very beginning I felt very comfortable with each and every employee that I had contact with. Selecting my cupboard doors and the hardware with Mark, having Tom measure everything for the project and several communications with Monique were very professional and positive experiences. Our contractor, Scott was easy to work with and did an amazing job! We are so happy with the results! I would highly recommend HWC .

HWC was great to work with from the beginning. Their designers helped me redo both my kitchen and master bathroom. Together we created the perfect look for my house and tastes. Kevin was lead on my construction and he was on time, friendly, courteous and he did a phenomenal job. When a few minor issues arose, Kevin a/o the design team helped to get them taken care of right away. Communication between all parties was quick and responsive. I’d highly recommend HWC for your remodeling or construction needs.

My experience with HWC was top tier from start to finish. My sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. He made the beginning process easy. Communication was great during the waiting time to start my kitchen remodel. The crew that completed the project was awesome. I will definitely be using HWC again when I remodel my bathrooms.

Chris was great! He took pride in his work, arrived on time and completed the job as scheduled. He was very professional as were the other contractors working with him.
We will definitely use HWC again.

We couldn’t be happier with how our full-kitchen and connected areas project turned out. HWC carpenter - Jim - is a true craftsman and artisan, and one focused on what the customer wants. We knew what we wanted, and Jim made the reality occur. Julien worked on our project as well, and did excellent work also. They were excellent at communicating, transparent on project concerns or potential delays, and reliable. Most importantly - they did great work. When one spends this type of investment, one expects a great output (I do, anyways), and that’s what HWC delivered. If we did another large remodel project, we’d go back to HWC and we’d specifically request Jim and Julien.

HWC was not only professional, respectful and friendly the work completed in our bathroom is perfect. This was a big project for us and we saved a long time to do it. Having someone you can trust to do better than we could imagine is certainly priceless. They took care of every detail and every person was great to work with.

I can’t say enough good about the entire experience!! (Old tub out, new walk-in shower in). I got FOUR different estimates. HWC was right about in the middle with cost. Took two days. They worked HARD every minute. Were very careful to cover everything (like carpet to get to bathroom) Very professional and sensitive to all my little concerns. Tex, Braden, George were all the best !!! I could tell this wasn’t their “first rodeo”! When I decide to do my basement shower, I won’t have to go thru the whole estimate process again 👏👏. Will have HWC do it for sure!! 👵. From their first visit (free estimate) to tear-out day was 4 months, but was well worth the wait!!!

Very disappointed in the quality of the paint on our cabinet doors. All cabinet doors and drawers were bought new, and the paint is peeling off the tops of the doors and wearing off on the sides. It's peeling at the joints of the wood on the cabinet corners. We've had four doors that have peeled. They replaced one door, and would not stand behind the other 3 because it was 2 months after our warranty expired. Very disappointing and would not recommend their cabinetry for kitchens. I can't believe that paint on kitchen cabinets doesn't last more than a year! I don't even have kids living at home!

Our experience with this company has been positive - every step of the way. Professional, yet personable. Great products. Hiram and George were our "dream team" and they did an amazing job. They kept us updated on plans and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We are thrilled with our gorgeous new bathroom and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend HWC!!!

I will recommend HWC to anyone that inquires about my bath remodel. The staff and workers were very helpful. Hiram and Chad did a great job, making sure everything was finished the way I wanted. They were very careful to keep doors closed so my kittens did not escape. Thank you Brent for helping me choose the tile, etc. and Maddie for keeping me updated on date of start and completion.

From start to finish was a pleasant experience with HWC. The carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians, baseboard trim and tile installers took pride in their work. Our designer Marv was very knowledgeable in the products and came up a new kitchen design layout which was awesome. We also had new bathroom installed in our basement which turned out great. Also the office staff were great in keeping us updated by text or phone. I would highly recommend them for your remodeling needs.

We could not be happier with the HWC contractors. The shower installers did an amazing job and were courteous and very neat clean up. Justin and helper were very nice too. Hemir? (Not sure the name is right but he and Nate did an excellent job installing vanity, vinyl flooring, linen closet doors and trim work. These two were very nice , courteous , and great clean up. Then John Gardner finished the whole project with a beautiful paint job. He did excellent work. He was also pleasant , courteous, very nice guy. We love our new bathroom.

I was extremely happy with the installation of my new shower by Tex and his assistant. They did an exceptional job of laying tarps and reducing dust to my home. They customized my shower and grab bars due to my short height. They were very courteous at all times also and there to please me.

Since I am new to home improvement HWC was able to keep my project on track. They were able to troubleshoot for me and keep me from making mistakes I would regret later. I highly recommend them. The am very pleased with my backsplash.

Words can’t begin to describe how happy I am that we went with HWC for our home renovation. The finished product is absolutely stunning!!! I love walking into my house! Mark, Kurtis & Chris were all top notch and very patient especially with all my questions and change orders! This is a great company for your renovation needs!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our kitchen remodel. The work was done on time according to the schedule. Very professional and clean.

We are thrilled with our bathroom remodel! Everyone we worked with was so helpful and professional: Brent, Tex, Casey, and Sherry. They were always on time and cleaned up every day before they left. We would definitely recommend HWC.

Had them replace the hinges on my kitchen cabinets. Wonderful service and quick response. Loved them and would call them again.

HWC of

On October 1, 2024 HWC of Wyoming MI replaced an old tub with a new shower with handicap hand holds in my tenant's bathroom which she needed due to her balance problems. The project was a challenge because the house was built in 1920 and the installation required plumbing and structural upgrades to do the job. When it was completed my tenant and I were amazed at the great transformation we saw! The quality was excellent. The installer and the plumber did superb work and were always polite and friendly. What impressed me the most was how professional everyone was at HWC. I was kept accurately informed about the process from the beginning to the end of the project and was treated with courtesy and competence. My thanks goes out to Madison, Brent, Mark, Tex, and Jeff for everything they did!
