We were very pleased with Casey and the other gentleman who helped with modifying our island and installing a new countertop. The Workmanship was first rate and everything was done in a timely manner. We have the recommend HWC.

I reached out to HWC to remodel a shower for my dad who recently had a stroke and needed a more accessible shower. They were the lowest quote at just under 10k, beating out Bathfitters by less than $100 and 3 other companies. I chose HWC. My experience was less than stellar for the price paid. They rescheduled 4 times on the bathroom. After my dad had prepared the bathroom by moving everything out. After recovering from a stroke mind you, each time having to move everything back because they canceled and pushed the date out. Then during the install they bashed a hole in the wall into the next room. A room I had just painted before the work was done. It took them over 3 days to come back and patch the wall. Leaving me to repaint the area again. When I requested a discount for all the inconvenience I was met with resistance more than once despite the fact that their negligence cost me time, materials and money to go back and paint what they damaged. They finally gave me 75$ off the bill which hardly covers it. Overall 10k for this level of service is a joke, especially when they are at fault for the damage and the added cost of constant delays and repair that I now have to do. I would look elsewhere for quality work, done right in a timely manner. For the cost, delays and damage done I should have gone with bath fitters with a superior product and lifetime warranty that would have cost less after the damage HWC did and all the delays.

Mark was great to work with and was very helpful in helping design a moisture proof place for our indoor hot tub. His crew members were all excellent, as were his sub-contractors, with one exception (who did a nice job but would have deviated from an important requirement if not carefully monitored - giving me a bit of pause on the 5-stars). They earned my recommendation.

We had a great experience with HWC & specifically Mark Pant & Madison. They were recommended to us by our cottage neighbor in Lake Odessa & we're really happy with the upgrades they made to our kitchen & glad we went with them. From start to finish, they had great communication with us, checking in weekly to make sure our scheduled date was still on & offering to answer any questions. Mark is one of the owners & we were able to get on his schedule to have him come meet with us & take measurements in order to get a quote. They sent a countertop installer out to get exact measurenents using high-tech equipment & we met with Mark again at his showroom to pick out the new materials & discuss the plan. We had old formica countertops, tile backsplash and double sink, garbage disposal & faucet taken out & upgraded and they also installed a new hood vent over our existing stove, all done in the space of 5 days while we were away. Upon our return, we found everything completed & cleaned up nicely. It looks great & we highly recommend them for any kitchen remodeling project you need to have done!

We had an amazing experience with HWC!!! Our initial visits with Kurtis were fun and exciting!! George was our Carpenter. He did fantastic work along with the Plumber and Electrician. A wall was knocked down, a wall was built, walk in shower installed, garden tub and small shower removed. All new flooring, lights, counter tops, grab bars, etc. They tried their best to keep all dust to a minimum. They were all VERY professional and communicated well with us. We did a remodel of a small full bath and a gut job on our master bath. From start to finish, our project started on time and finished 2 days early. Mark was a huge help when it came to making choices that fit the look we wanted. Tom was great at checking in but Chris, the carpenter was amazing. He kept us informed, explained his thoughts on placement for tile and why, he was professional, VERY neat with his equipment and our bathroom remodel items, there were alot!

I would highly recommend HWC for your remodel needs and have absolutely ZERO complaints with our projects.

We had difficulties with our HOA that caused delays in the installation. Bathfitters made all the accomodations we needed until we could get to installation. When the install happened they installed as contracted. The installer was courteous and did a great job. would recommend highly.

Wow cant say enough our shower is beautiful. Craftsmanship beyond my expectations! Marcus English our installer,is and excellent craftsman. I recommend Bath fitter for your your needs.

Prices are the highest I have ever seen. I know people that have added on an entire bathroom for cheaper than the price of a 3 foot by 3 foot stand up shower replacement. Would never even consider using this company.

We converted our tub to a walk-in shower and bathfitters did a beautiful job. One man came in and completed the transformation in a day and a half. The shower is exactly what we ordered.

Great, thorough job. A lot of unfortunate issues came up and our installer handled each one and fixed everything! Our bathroom looks amazing and it’s a pleasure to step in to our shower every day! Their customer service has been excellent and their attention to detail is superb! Would definitely recommend!

This place is a complete joke! First off, it was all installed completely wrong leaving us with MOLD and excess water up under our tub. Literally walking on a water bed. We called to have this fixed, after being transferred 500 times we finally got an appt for a tech to come out to fix the issue.. the soonest the tech could come out was a month later. Clearly they don’t care about mold exposure. He came out, didn’t even replace or clean the mold out, instead he drilled holes into our liner, drained the water and caulked over the holes. He then proceeded to tell us they’d be back out in two weeks to replace the whole shower/tub and clean out all the mold that is under it. Fast forward a month later, still no call to have this happen. I just called them, to again be transferred multiple times and told they were only replacing the bottom part where they put the holes. I let them know again the whole thing needs to be redone due to the mold, now I have to wait for someone else to call me so they can look at it before it’s scheduled. Meanwhile, we have been exposed to MOLD for months now and they don’t seem to care. We were ensured from the very beginning that we would not have mold issue, that was a lie and this product is faulty. Please read reviews and DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

I was very pleased with their work. The company was efficient they came when they said they would. They installed the unit in one day. All staff were personable and courteous. The workmanship and Quality are top of the line. I am very happy with my bathtub/shower unit. The only drawback for me not having done a second bathroom was cost. The cost can be prohibitive to a project like this.

They completely replaced our old, broken shower-tub combo in a recently bought house. They replaced all the subflooring as needed and put together the new shower-tub combo with 1.5 days. From sales to installation, we were very pleased with the work. The only thing I would change is more communication between the custom order being sent to build and installation scheduling (which was about 6 weeks of silence). Otherwise I will recommend to anyone looking for a new shower.

So far so good! We are very happy with the finished product. We went with one of their more basic shower surround and tubs to cover up a bad tile job and old chipped tub from the previous owners. We waited about a month for the materials to come in. An installer came to our house when we were told, was very respectful of our house and was able to get in and get out within a day. This was the first time we ever heard of Bath Fitter so we were not sure what to expect as far as price. It was a little more than we thought it was but, again, since it was the first time hearing of this company, we did not have much to base it off of. What sold me was the ease of not having to remove tile and our tub. They were able to install everything overtop. I am so excited about the modern finishes and how easy it is to clean. No more scrubbing mildew and mold off of cracked tile. I will give an update if anything comes up. We are only a couple weeks in of having it.
